Taike smiles, naming her new Sewaddle Scheele and sending it out too, as her two partners now enjoyed the air, with Sewaddle resting on Taike's head and Solosis being in satellite mode once more.

"good work Nidoran, keep it up." Sunny remembers the need to keep her voice down and also that she needs to find some Oran berries, so she can avoid Pokemon Centers. Nidoran just keeps scratching the Cherubi. (my battle strategy never changes... honestly I'd probably be really easy to anticipate if Pokemon was IRL)

Sunny manages to find an Oran berry some bird Pokemon dropped on the ground and picked it up, but in its condition it probably won't work as well as a normal one, maybe not even at all.... oh well. Nidoran mixes things up with a poison sting.

[Alright, let's just assume Deerling had its health restored somehow - Kage gave it some berries while helping with its wounds.]

Charmander suddenly wakes up and eyes Deerling with a daunting glare. She hops off Kage's arms and lands a Scratch on the now fearful Deerling.

Kage: Charmander! *with a reprimanding tone* She's just recovered. We don't do that-... Oof. *looks at Deerling, who hid behind Kage at once* I'm really sorry about that. We didn't mean to hurt you...

Kage turns to look at Charmander, who averts her gaze and folds her arms bitterly. Deerling peeks at Charmander, then, after a few moments, nudges Kage's shoulder bag, making one empty Pokeball fall.

Kage: *surprised* Do you want to...come with us?

Deerling nods. Kage thinks for a moment, then smiles.

Kage: It would be a pleasure. I'll make sure to take care of you.

Kage then gently touches Deerling's head with the Pokeball, hoping she would stay in there.

A vibration alarm came from the trainer's pockets, followed by a little jingle (If Professor Juville has Blisseys, might as well make the default sound a healing sound). The Dex opens itself and starts talking to the trainers.

(I am aware but in case you receive one in the course anyway, the message exists. Also, small edit, the A.I is capable of running a basic diagnostic about you, even if you are not the holder. Basically only knowing the name and Pokémon you have sent out/mostly estimated Pokémon given the region + kind of ball. [for example guessing you have a Magikarp if you come from a place where one can be caught and you have a new Dive Ball])

You know the first rule in combat? Shoot them before they shoot you.

[Im just gonna spam spawns for a little while so that we can lvl up a bit. Also Taike, how much exp did Pipqueak get when I caught Sewaddle?]

(Meanwhile in Little Frias, the sun is setting and Zynx is excited to start [her?] journey tomorrow)

(Back in Singing Forest everyone except Kage, Taike and Aname are currently battling. Aname is confronted with a lvl 6 Jigglypuff and a lvl 4 Kricketot, and Taike is confronted with a lvl 4 Chatot)

ANAME: I'm going to need backup- Sewaddle I choose you!
(ANAME has Piplup and Sewaddle out)
ANAME: Oh dear, your health is low 5 HP? ... We'll have to do... Pipsqueak use water gun against Kricketot! Sewaddle, use tackle against Kricketot!

Kage looks at her Pokedex surprised. She puts it back, and turns to look towards where Deerling has just been, wondering if the fawn would agree to stay inside the Pokeball.

"Alright, a Chatot... ehhhh, not a biggest fan of it but completing the Pokédex does require sacrifices! Cytokine, Confusion!" Taike laughs, as she sends Solosis out into battle, who slams the Chatot into a tree with the move, but of course, only after it had to take a Hyper Voice.

Kage: *patting her head* Good! Now, I wonder what more awaits us in this forest. *looking towards Taike* They're doing a good job, aren't they?

Charmander and Deerling turn to watch Taike's battle. The reptilian pokemon throws a sour and disbelieving look at Deerling when she's not looking.

Sunny pauses to listen for the other Pokemon trainers battling, and then returns Nidoran and heads in that direction, with a final glance back at the Cherubi, hoping no bird Pokemon thinks he looks tasty...
