Lin took a deep breath, placed her backpack gently on the floor and
walked to the running track. She narrowed her eyes, now a
tawny-brown. A smile curled around her lips at the fresh air and
the track in front of her. She took her marks, got set, and bolted.
Wind whipped through her her hair and breezed past her face,
cooling her skin and making her smile wider. Lin ran faster, she
was now only visibly a blur in the wind. Her happiness rose and she
howled in happiness.
"Hello, Miss Zelda. My name is Sakura Ogami. It is nice to meet
you." Sakura smiled. Her smile turned into an angry expression when
she heard Jackie angry in the forest. "I'm sorry, that girl that is
storming madly in the forest is Jackie Ness." Sakura said as she
rolled her eyes." "And I'm Rose Velvet!" Rose said happy.
Rose stayed silent. "T-they were trying to help me, but I pushed
her away. We started arguing, and I accidentally called her a
mistake.." Rose said sadly. Sakura stayed silent as well.
Fog sat against his armchair, sighing unhappily. He was bored and
upset. He decided to take a nap.
After running a couple hundred laps, Lin walked into the forest to
transform. She couldn't hold her inner wolf back for long. She took
Sye out of her backpack and tapped him on the head. "Hey Sye, wanna
be wolves again?" She whispered and Sye nodded happily. Lin smiled
and transformed into a medium-sized, black-furred wolf, with dark
eyes. "On your marks, get set, go!" She whispered and the two
wolves shot into the forest. Her ears perked up to the sound of
stomping and she signaled to Sye to stop. Sye and Lin hid behind a
tree, looking for the source of the noise. And she saw it, it
was....Jackie?
"Oh dear," Zelda said under her breath. "Well, one way or another
you've got to resolve this," Zelda said trying to be helpfull.
Felix once finished sketching went to find the lunch hall having
calmed down. Luckily there was a map in one of the hallways
connecting the varied rooms. It read lunch hall down the corridor
and take a left. Doing so he eventually found the lunch hall and
licked his lips. He served himself with a tray full of all sorts of
foods sat down on the nearest bench and dug in.
Jackie continued to rant angrily. "-Just because she thinks that
I'm supposed to be "nice" well not everyone is like that. I'll show
her!" Jackie reached into her bag and grabbed her electric guitar.
Jackie played and began to sing. "I'm sorry I don't treat you like
a goddess, is that what you want me to do? I'm sorry I don't treat
you like you like your perfect, like all your little loyal subjects
do. I'm sorry I'm not made of sugar, that I'm not sweet enough for
you ~" Jackie kept singing while floating in the air.
Sakura and Rose heard music from the forest service, and decided to
listened to it to see Jackie. Sakura blushed, but then snapped out
of it. Jackie continued with her song "I'm just your problem, I'm
just your problem.~" Then saw everyone looking at her, and saw
wolves behind a tree. "Oh. I didn't know wolves were here." Jackie
said.
Zelda was also shocked to see Lin surrounded by wolves it reminded
it a little about Felix and how he was gifted with the ability to
tame and talk to wild creatures.
After finishing his meal he decided to find Zelda and especially
Lin as he wanted to apologise for his flippant behaviour.
"Whatever then. I'm going some else." Jackie said, as she walked
off. She saw a lake. She decided to take a break and relax in it.
She put on shorts and a bra and got in. She but her bag on a nearby
rock , along with her guitar. Rose went back to her dorm, While
Sakura went to find Jackie to apologize. Jackie was done swimming
in the lake, and got out. "Jackie! Where are-" Then, Sakura looked
at Jackie's soaked body, and her wet hair. Sakura blushed harder
then ever. "What?" Jackie said confused. Then Jackie looked at
herself, and laughed. "Oh, my bad." Sakura looked away and blushed
as red as a tomato. "P-put on a towel!" Sakura said. "Ok, ok."
Jackie put on the towel around herself. Sakura checked to see
Jackie WITH the towel on. Sakura grabbed Jackie's things for her,
as the two walked back to their dorm.
At the sight of Jackie spotting her, Lin and Sye bolted away.
Carefully hidden, Lin transformed back to human. "That was a close
one Sye, go back in the backpack," Lin whispered. Checking to see
the coast was clear, Lin walked out of the forest. She saw Jackie
and Sakura nearby and fought the impulse to run away. "Lin, you can
do this." she whispered to herself. Lin walked carefully up to
them, with the speed of a cheetah. In her nervousness, her eyes
suddenly changed colour to a soft golden haze. "Hello Jackie,
Sakura. How are you?" Lin said anxiously.
"Oh, uh we're fine now!" Jackie said. " It's just that someone has
been blushing lately ~" Jackie said to tease Sakura. Sakura
blushed. "Y-you were - n-nevermind. W-we'll see you later, Lin."
Sakura said. The duo walked to the dorm.
Felix decided to look in the school's forest and that's when he
found her the girl he made fun of. "Ummm... hi my name's Felix, I
just wanted to say I'm really sorry about earlier I was wondering
if we could start on a clean slate," He said looking at the ground
ashamed of himself.
Zelda went back to her dorm to rest as she what quite tired from
the eventful afternoon.
Lin sighed dejectedly, no one actually talked to her, "Goodbye
then," she said sadly. The sky was turning grey and the moon was
soon coming out. It was almost the first proper school day and
almost nighttime. "Almost nighttime....holy Artemis I've gotta
run!" she shrieked and ran top speed to her dorm. Lin quickly shut
her black curtains so no moonlight entered through into the room.
That would be dangerous...
Jackie went outside and looked at the moon. "It's so pretty..just
like Sakura.." Jackie blushed. Jackie then went to the forest out
of boredom, and saw Sakura with her glowing butterflies around her
as she danced in the sky. Jackie looked at her in awe. "She's
beautiful.." Jackie said while blushing. She sat on a rock, and
watched Sakura dance with her butterflies in the air with her fan.
DD had eventually returned to her dorm room, having explored a bit
more of the castle after the little fight. "Barely a
fight. Not a single drop of blood was spilt! Unworthy of being
called a fight in every way! She winced at the morbid
thought. The 'fight' had at least proven to be worthy of her time.
She had witnessed more of the powers of the others. DD analyzed
what she had witnessed to the tiniest details before calling it a
night. She eventually fell asleep after double checking the hiding
place of the books she had checked out. The ones she didn't want
anyone to know she had interest in...

Sakura was done dancing, as her butterflies entered her fan. Sakura
put her fan away and landed on the ground. She saw Jackie clapping.
Sakura blushed. "That was wonderful!" Jackie exclaimed. "T-thank
you, Miss Jackie." Sakura mumbled. Jackie rushed to her and held
her hands. Sakura looked at Jackie's hands then at her and blushed.
"Can you teach me please? Your dance was so graceful!" Jackie said
happily. "Sure. We can do it tomorrow, during break. I'm tired."
Sakura yawned. "Yay! Thanks Sakura!" Jackie smiled and hugged
Sakura. Sakura blushed even more. "Y-your welcome." She said. The
two walked back to their dorm, and went to bed. Rose was in the
cafeteria, eating food. She sighed sadly.
Fog woke up, the common was empty and the moon was shining. He
sighed angrily and walked to his room. He opened the door and swam
to his ice bed and fell asleep instantly.
Lin curled up on a bed of leaves in her room and slowly drifted to
sleep.
