Zelda woke up in her surprisingly peaceful slumber free of the usual nightmares that were still terrifying despite the fact she had been a victim of them for what felt like her whole life. She propped herself upon her shoulder to peer at Yūki 'She's looks so pretty' ran through her head. She stood up with a smirk and a twinkle in her eye to scout out the surrounding area to see where to go next.

She was about to leave the rotting room until she heard a "Good morning," I a similar voice.
"Oh, good morning," she replied turning around to look at the Yūki.
"Where are you going?" Yūki asked rubbing her eyes.
"I was just going to see what was around," she said.
"Okay then, let's go!" Yūki said enthusiastically packing her sleeping bag up and handing it to Zelda to pack it away in her backpack.

Zelda followed Yūki as they exited the once children flourished place now empty just a building rotting as a result of the war and yet again off they went through the crumbling city.

Yūki and Zelda ran further and further through the ghost town of Arpia. Finally, the two came to a a building, embroidered with vines and wild plants. Once the duo entered the weathered building that it was school of some sort as she institute was scattered with old, dusty books and stationary.

"You know, I used to come here," Zelda finally said with a little smile on her face, brushing a dirty table with her fingers and grasping many lost memories.
Yūki didn't say anything just looked at Zelda whilst she continued.
"I remember me and my friend Elisabeth would always find ourselves in the headmistress's office," she said with a chuckle "And we would always get detention together," She added.
Yūki still didn't say anything.
Zelda now realising that Yūki wasn't talking turned around to see Yūki "What's the matter," She asked concerned.
"Well you remind me of my sister, Mio-Asuka Aio, when you speak," She said a tear trickling down her cheek.
"I-I'm sorry," Zelda replied.
"No, no it's fine," Yūki said "She was taken by the Harouri, Alquita's enemy and well we haven't seen her since," She said sobbing out of control.
Zelda went over to the depressed strucken girl and wrapped her hand around her.
"Tha-thanks," She said toughening up as being vulnerable was a weakness in the new world.
Zelda let go of the girl and said to break the awkwardness "Well then this should be a good enough place to sleep for night,".

Yūki nodded in agreement. Zelda pulled out two sleeping bags one blue and the other yellow, handing the blue to Yūki as yellow was her favourite colour. She unravled her sleeping bad across the weeping wooden floor and tucking herself in; Yūki doing the same and both fell fast asleep under the glistening moonlight seeping through a collapsed portion of the roof above them.

Yūki leapt up and gestured to Zelda to follow, the two ran through the crumbling city managing to miss the occasional rusty bike on the way until they found themselves in a decrepit house that stood on its own as the two houses that once accompanied the rubble littered house where long gone.

Zelda opened the door with a creak as if the house was saying 'Welcome'. They walked further into the building stepping over the fallen chandelier that hung from the ceiling. Suddenly, an owl noice filled the atmosphere blocking out any other sound. Both Zelda and Yūki swirled around and peered out of a peeling window to see a group of people dressed in earthly materials swarming the road, however, Yūki's attention swiftly turned to something else, a women standing in the middle of the peculiar people. She noticed that the dwellers where sort of obeying the women via her selection of hand gestures and animal noices she would present.

Zelda turned to look at Yūki and asked with a quiver in her voice "Who is she?"
Yūki was debated with two scenarios "Should I tell her" or "Should I keep it a secret" were sprinting though her head.
"Ummm...hello?" Zelda asked with a concerned tone of voice.
"She's the leader of the Alquita," She said seriously choosing to tell Zelda the truth.
Zelda picking up a sense that Yūki knew the women asked "How do you know that?".
"Well...I'm her daughter, I'll be the next leader of Alquita," She said hoping Zelda wouldn't take it the wrong the way.
"WHAT!" Zelda shouted surprised.
"Shhhhh!" Yūki exclaimed.
"What!" Zelda said whispering this time.
"C'mon we need to get out of here," Yūki said indignantly, ignoring Zelda's question.
"How do you expect us to do that?" Zelda said.
"We'll go through the back door and though the gardens away from here!" She said worry in her voice.
"But why do you want to run away from your moth-," Zelda was cut off due to the jolt of Yūki pulling her towards the back of the house through the hallway thorugh the dining room and then through the kitchen.

Once they reached the back door Yūki kicked it open sending it flying of its hinges onto the dead grass. They jumped over a labyrinth of brick walls until they where far from the house they were in, away from the Alquita.

"Well then are we ready to leave?" Yūki asked breaking the long silence between the two.
"Go where?" Zelda asked.
"Well we could find a somewhere I guess," She replied hoping that Zelda would tag along with her.
"That sounds great!" Remembering that her 'home's was pretty much done for and she needed to move.
"Come on then," Said Yūki gesturing to Zelda to follow.

They both walked through the desolate city towards the direction of a park when suddenly they found a mysterious looking girl. Zelda signalled to Yūki to hide behind a rather large piece of rubble nearby. From there they watched the girl.

Zelda woke up with a shudder to see another girl next to her. She stumbled away startled at the newcomer doing so she found herself on top of what was left of one of the ancient school bus seats. Then almost like a lightning bolt struck her dozens of questions ran through her head 'What happened?', 'What's all this stuff?', 'Who's that?', 'Is she friend or foe?', 'Shall I attack her?' All these thoughts abruptly came to a halt when the girl work up.

"Who are you?" Zelda asked with a little tremble.
"How do you feel?" Yūki replied in a sort of calming voice in order to show the other girl that she was a friends and ignoring the girl's question as she thought that the girl's health was more important than grettings.
"I asked who are you?" Zelda said slightly annoyed.
"My name's Yūki Aoi, I came to your aid, don't you remember?" Yūki asked concerned.
"Yūki," Zelda whispered under her breath "I'm Zelda, Zelda Sallinger and now I dont remember all I remember is coming upon this school bus and passing out," She replied a little bit worried.
"You shouted for help and well I came to your aid," She said in a slow voice.
"Mhmm, well I guess I should thank you for that," She said calming down a little bit.

Now that Zelda knew who this stranger was she was more relieved an relaxed now knowing that Yūki wasn't a foe about to steal all her goods as she had the chance when she was passed out. She signaled with her eyes to Yūki to sit on the patchy, worn seat opposite thinking that it must be much more comfortable than the hard school bus floor.

Yūki sensing the gesture sat opposite Zelda "What do we do now?" She asked.
Thoughts of working together with Yūki ran through Zelda's head like cheetahs chasing after their prey until she finally blurted it out "Well I guess we could work together as you're the only survivor I've seen and maybe the last.".
Yūki was thinking the same thing as she didn't want to be alone for the rest of her life "Sure, we can work together," Hse said with a smile on her face.
Zelda suddenly overwhelmed with thrill and excitement smiled back at the girl.

Zelda passed out due to the amount of agony she was in.

Hearing the scream for help Yūki turned around and began to run in the direction of the shouting. 'Could it be her, please be her,'. She whispered under her breath. Yūki suddenly came across an old battered school bus where she guessed the plea of help came from. She squeezed through the doors to find a girl. She let out a sigh of disappointment and debated to leave but then thought 'I can't just leave her, can I?' She knelt down beside the now passed out girl and pulled out bandages, penicillin, and some alcohol from her backpack and started by pouring some alcohol onto the wound and then rapped it up with the bandages. She saw the girl wince and give a little flinch. When she was done unraveling the roll of cloth around the girl's leg she slipped a small pill of penicillin into the girl's mouth and gave her a sip of water. She then packed away the excess pieces of bandage, penicillin and alcohol into her bag she reached into her bag and rolled out a sleeping bag and a pillow and laid upon and within a couple of moments drifted sound asleep.

	Zelda began to cry in help as the pain devoured her. She couldn't help herself so she had to call for help as she had dropped her bag on the way. "Hello! Anyone out there, I need he-!", She stopped as a thought entered her head 'What the hell were you think, you idiot' She said to herself angrily but also frightened at the thought of survivors that could've heard her. 	Zelda ran away from the fight scarred tripping over an old rusty sign that was positioned on the floor letting out a scream in pain but she ought to carry on. She strode through the broken buildings along the cracked road until she came across an abandoned school bus and hid in it whispering under her breath "I hope they didn't hear me.". [Read more]

	Zelda seeing the figure that she assumed was the one who sneezed sprint out of the store she sprung up after her, following her to the nearby gas station past mounds of rubble. She decided to watch from afar hiding behind a rusty car. She was suddenly shocked to see the figure who she could make out was a girl holding a katana to a boy's neck. [Read more]

Zelda left the shop she was previously in and reaching for a little pocket knife in case she had to defend herself. She passed a variety of shops until she reached a shop, which sign was strangely intact, it read jellybeans. The 'jellybeans' sign rang a bell but Zelda couldn't quite put her finger on it. She entered the shop alert with her knife stretched out in front of her, ducking behind a shelf stacked with ripped and tattered teddy bears.

	Zelda immediately jumped at the sound of a sneeze -someone else was with her-. She suddenly packed away her water bottle and looked around wearily in the direction of the sneeze that reiterated around the whole mall. [Read more]

Zelda continued to look though the shop after calming down. She suddenly found a cracked water dispenser that still had a small pool of water that filled the bottom of it. She grabbed her grimey water bottle and pressed ditto against the lever in order to fill her vacant vessel of a water bottle. Once it was filled about half way and the water the ruined water dispenser's container was empty she took a massive gulp of the liquid and let out a sigh of relief.

Zelda ventured further into the shopping mall searching more thoroughly in hope of finding water and if she was lucky maybe some food as she was running low on her supply. Then as she was beginning to loose faith she spotted a few water bottles upon a shelf in the corner on the shop. As she went closer she saw that they were all empty in frustration she let out a huge sigh that seemed to last forever before carrying on her search.

Zelda strode through the many boulders that scattered the the once magnificent city. She unzipped her battered backpack for a quick drink only to realise she was out of water. She began to search for a shopping mall of some sort. Seeing a sign that read S-HOP--NG MA-L OF ARP-- bearly clinging onto the building where it once stood proud. She walked over to the shopping mall and began looking through the plethora of broken shelves that used to house a variety of foods that had long since disappeared.

Felix was in his room scribbling a landscape picture of the school and Zelda was in her room laying on her bed reading a book about the war on her home planet that she brought with her. When she finished the chapter she was on she decided to go and knock in Felix's door to tell him to come downstairs. Felix stopped drawing the picture to sound of someone at his door. Getting up he opened the to see Zelda "Ummm... what do you want?" He asked a little bit annoyed. "I was seeing if you wanted to come downstairs," She said. "Okay sounds good," Felix said reluctantly.

	Felix gave a long 'Ughhh' then started to read through his textbook. Zelda was quick at reading as a result of this she zoomed down the page, stood up and grabbed a graph sheet from Mr Burnes's desk and began to scribble in the answer. [Read more]

	Zelda hearing the introduction of the lesson stopped getting up and sat back down as she didn't want to get a late attendance point on her first day in lesson.
