At that point, Emerald and Oren were more or less in their vicinity. Their initial ‘tour’ had now devolved to Emerald reining in an overly-excited Rockruff from just running everywhere. Seemed like Oren just wanted to explore more freely

Winter breathed some frost on Frozzy head on instinct, as if that would do anything. "Oh, hey Em." He replied to the Riolu, not really looking up from Frozzy. "Who's the new guy, if I may ask?"

I'm really sorry guys I was gone
After that confrontation, Margo decided to go explore. She took a while, looking around the hotel for all the possible escape routs. She really wanted to accually get to know people, so she decided to go out to the city. She wandered around, exploring a bit of the city, when she heard the crying. It was faint, but the Umbreon could definitely hear it. Margo pricked an ear, until she can to a boarded up alleyway. She started to look for a way in, because she really wanted to see who was so sad behind the board.

Winter began making his way further in the direction they had been heading. "Yeah, we still haven't explored this place yet." Winter assumed Emerald may have gotten some type of tour from Typhoon in the past, but he wasn't fully sure...the town was still decently large.
