Forum-Index → Roleplay → War for the Tablets RevampAdvantage of being a Flying type. Phin thought, followed immediately by Imagine if it had activated when I used Earthquake by accident! However, they knew that if he his themselves in their confusion she wouldn't be able to avoid the hit either, so that made sense.
Phin breathed in, panicked, as the other Legendaries began readying their moves. She didn't want to fight! They moved backwards, raising one hand in front of their face in an instinctive attempt to shield themselves, though it also obscured their vision. She made no move to join the fight.

His sister's Flying attack was met with seeming ease by Zephyr's Dragon Claw. The green haired man raised an eyebrow. "This is our competition?" The Latios gritted his teeth. There were a lot of them. Maybe if some in the back could sneak away, then flank them? he attempted to broadcast with telepathy. At the look Ocha gave him, he was shocked realized it had worked, at least for her. Yes, if they could flank the three siblings and maybe even knock them out, they could... would they kill them? No, he decided firmly to himself. Killing these Pokemon would be wrong, at least right here, right now. If they continued to pursue them, depending on how much they hurt them, it might become more of an option, but for the moment, he wanted to let Arceus make the judgement on their behaviors. After they got the plates back, that was.

Feeling better, Kansha let go of Kori and stepped back. "Whew, that was pretty strong." Glancing up, her brow furrowed in concern as she watched him squint and rub his head a little. "Are you alright?" She figured that it was related to their sudden transformation into humans. Tugging at the hem of her cloak, Kansha wondered how much power this body could actually hold before something broke or malfunctioned...maybe they ought to retreat for now, until they got better at fighting this way.

Taking a bit of vindictive pleasure in the fact that Leech Seed immediately drained a fraction of energy from Zephyr after he used Dragon Claw, Ryoko glared down at him following his snarky comment towards their attacks. She was surprised to hear a message from Oasis, and she thought about it for a moment. Actually...that wasn't a bad idea at all. She considered using her time travel to help, but it was a little to risky to try it for the first time in this form during a battle. Instead, she started darting back and forth in front of her opponents, shooting Leech Seed at them and trying to trip and tangle them with the vines. I can work as the distraction. It would stand out too tremendously for me to suddenly relinquish my assault here, she replied telepathically.
Meka, on the other hand, was already in the background, so she figured simply backing out wouldn't be too difficult. Her bright colors would make it hard to hide in the shadows, and her human skin seemed to make invisibility hard, if not impossible...she couldn't quite be sure, so she stuck with what she could do, transform. Instinctively, her form shifted into that of a Female Nidoran, a small, relatively weak and common Pokémon. This was one of Meka's favorite forms to shift into, and she had done it so much that the form seemed to have become more unique as a result. Meka's nidoran body had the same indigo color, but with brighter patches coloring her ears and paws, it also had blue eyes. The differences wouldn't separate her too much from the normal mouse, though, and so she slipped into the shadows, beginning to circle around.
Spiri could sense that her brother didn't particularly feel like going on the sneak attack. As Reshiram and Zekrom had once been the same being, they had a small, subconscious sense of each other's feelings, and despite their disagreements, the Duo tended to stick together when it came to situations like this, besides, Spiri's white feathers would make it difficult to sneak through shadows anyway. She took a step toward her brother, making eye contact with him, as if saying 'I'll stick with you.' as clearly as if she had whispered the words to him. Archion nodded, grateful she was beside him.

The Weather Trio were distracted by the Leech Seed, to say the least. Zephyr just seemed annoyed, but his siblings were growling and hissing and swatting at the vines. "What do you think you're doing?" the Rayquaza snarled, struggling with the energy-draining attacks launched at him by the young-looking girl. The Latios was impressed; she seemed to certainly have caught the three's attentions. None of them seemed to notice the legends who had slipped away. Well, almost none. As the Groudon Fire Punched a Leech Seed vine that had wrapped itself around his sister's shoulder, sending her crashing to the ground with a scream of fury and indignation, the young man seemed to count them.
A look of confusion crossed Amir's face, but before he could say anything, Llyr sprung up and shoved an Ice Beam at him, which he block with one quickly-frozen arm. "QUIT IT!" Zephyr yowled at them as he glared at Ryoko. His face began to darken, expression quickly becoming terrifying, then horrifically so. It's just Scary Face, Oasis tried to tell himself, but he found himself unable to tear his gaze away or to move from his still-floating position. No, no, stop, don't look.
