Yes you can breed them. Let me give you some examples so you understand how it works:

Let's say you have a Catercream

You can breed it with another Catercream or with a regular Caterpie .

They will produce Caterpie eggs, with a small chance for Catercream eggs. You can not distinguish them in the Daycare, but you can use the Wide Lens to analyze them and know which egg it is

In case of emergency Plushie
