While training though, he had a sneaking suspicion that he forgot something although unsure of what it is. Bounsweet gives him a quizzical glance before he shrugged it off, "It's probably nothing."
By the time they had reached Sapphire town, his team was downright exhausted. "Veee..." Kyohei pets Eevee, "Alright guys, y'all can finally get a rest." He returns all of his team and decided to go to the Pokemon Center first before searching around the city and then trying the gym.

He runs up to the pokeball and picked it up. "Welcome to the team Wrecking Ball!" And true to the name, he plowed through the wild Pokemon in the surrounding area and swinging Marill around like a madman to quickly level him up. Bounsweet gives a sympathetic chirp having known the feeling all to well.
By the end of it, all of his Pokemon were nearing level 30 with Marill having evolved into an Azumarill during the grind out of pure annoyance of having swung around. Kyohei got pounded with an Aqua Jet rather hardly but was still excited with his first evolution nonetheless. Kyohei now runs around with a bruised rib. Fletchling had evolved into Fletchinder soon after and a quick run to the mart for quick potion supply and they're now standing in front of the gym.
"FOR NARNIAAAA!" "VEEEE!" "FLEEEETCH" The rest of the team looks at the trio with a confused look.

Bounsweet casually says hello to Scarlett as Fletchinder also hides behind Kyohei out of fear. Eevee was also ignorant to the situation it seems as when he heard of Berry's cry, he turned and cheerfully greeted back, running and wagging his tail around. Noticing this, Kyohei turns towards Aki and his mood lifted considerably. Throwing Bounsweet into the air and running towards her too, Fletchinder had to catch her. A glare from the Fruit.
"There you are Aki! I thought you and everyone else had left me back at Vivillion town, so I went ahead and got here myself!" He said...as proud as possible. And then noticing the Murkrow on her head, he tries to pet Pilfer, And who's this little lad?"
Azumarill has been holding a sleeping Slowpoke while watching this all play out. He sweat-dropped.

Azumarill introduced herself and Slowpoke back while Bounsweet retreated back to Azumarill since they seem to be the few people who are sane.
Fletchinder was confused on what's happening but has decided to join in whatever conversation Eevee and Berry is having.
