"how far away is this malasada shop?" Sky asks the girl that he's
following.
he wonders if the girl is just baiting him along into a trap, so he
gets out salamence's
pokeball as a precaution. he's starting to get a little impatient,
but he's fine for now.
Kameron's casualness had made Aesira feel a bit relaxed. She nodded
her head happily. "Sure, where are we going?" she asked eagerly,
her curious and adventurous side was showing. She liked the new
company, maybe she should get to know Kameron better. "Oh and who's
Megami???" she asked, the name not ringing a bell to her. She
doesn't know a lot of peoples, famous or not, names except her
colleagues.
"Megami was that stiff albino white haired girl back there. She
pretty much runs everything. She's a very interesting character.
Took me years to get a read on her..." Kameron trails off. "Oop
sorry. Anyway, first I thought we should go to the beach. And the
beach on the other side of the island. It's about a 20 minute walk
but I have a ride."
"Just a little further." the little girl says, not looking back.
"And you can put the salamence away, this isn't a trap." she hasn't
looked back at Sky the entire time.
A shadow passes over the sun, causing Megami, Kameron and Melodine
to look up. Kameron frowns. "That's not normal." she thinks. She
catches Megami's eye and can tell they are thinking of the same
thing.
It's almost as if someone was watching the whole group, observing
them. Even the newcomers had the sick feeling they were being
watched...
Amari lightly squinted as Melodine placed a hand on her hood, light
suspicion poking at her. It was rude to stare but it was also
probably rude to act so mysterious that people could only stare.
Blinking out her her strange trance, Amari finally gave her name.
"My name is Amari. It's good to meet you I guess." Even if you
are a little weird. "So I guess they are still working on some
of your arrangements or something." She continued. She figured that
Melodine would know what she was talking about, because Amari sure
didn't. She paused, seeing Melodine look up. Amari did as well.
Maybe she shouldn't have. She started to feel a little uneasy
now.
Aesira looked at the person Kameron was pointing at. She did look
interesting... and busy.
The word 'beach' sounded like a great place to start. She had
imagined the sand and waves from the pictures on her screen. No,
this wasn't her first time, but it's been years since she's stepped
foot into the grit of the sand and heard the crashing waves. She
almost bounced with delight, she couldn't wait to get there.
Really, she could just take the walk, maybe she'll see some
interesting things on the way, but she would let Kameron decide how
they were going to get there so she only nodded in agreement.
Melodine frowned. "Nice to meet you too. I'm sorry, I'm just a
little seasick I think..." while she did look sea sick, Amari could
tell the shadow was bothering her. "Oh my arrangements? Thank you
for telling me. It's been a while-" Melodine stops talking quickly.
She gives a nervous smile.
Kameron smirks and lets out a peircing taxi cab whistle. She pauses
and does it again. From a clump of trees come to horse-like
pokemon. One a mysterious purple color, the other a pretty light
blue. "I should mention these go pretty fast." she says, boarding
the purple one.
"Oh! They look pretty!" Aesir exclaimed. She loved the colour of
the light blue one. She rarely rode on horses but she was that
unskilled. She slowly got on the horse, with a little complication.
"What kind of horses are these???" she asked, never seeing any
horse breeds looking quite like it. She tightened her grip in fear
of falling off the horse, careful not to tug its mane.
A mega blaziken lands with a thump on the sea shore. From his
shoulder slides down Leo, his face a mixture of happiness and grim
expressions as he remembers the happenings of 11 years ago.
(I was looking for new messages for quite awhile before I realized
there was a second page haha)
It was times like these that made Saphi regret not teaching her
Pokemon a Flying Type move. Maybe then she wouldn't be dripping wet
while coming off the ship. She would've brought her swimming
clothes, but she had so little time to pack that she forgot to grab
them.
She took off her soggy hat and jacket, wringing them out a bit
before putting them in her bag. She would have to hang them up
somewhere once she knew where she'd be staying.
"All righty then Ribbon, let's find those guides Elm was talking
about. Unless he forgot to arrange that as well. No wonder he
always sends me out to do his research." She watched Mantine swirl
around her in excitement, and gave a light smile. Maybe this trip
wouldn't be as boring as she thought, there was sure to be other
trainers around.
Sky is confused of the little girl knows what he was thinking,
but he honestly doesn't care because he just needs some food
(this
is a problem with sky though; his experience with team rocket
has
effected his personality). he continues following the girl, hoping
that
none of the other tourists had followed him as he REALLY didn't
trust them.
suddenly, a shadow passes over the sun, Sky looks up in
confusion.
"what the heck is going on..." he mutters. then, because he doesn't
really
want to know or really care about what's going on, he just
continues
to think about getting food, but he DOES feel that he's being
watched.
'good thing I brought my salamence to Coren, then,' he thinks, ' If
I AM
being followed, i can easily take care of them...'
The little girl pauses. "One second please!" she says and skips
behind him. She whispers something in Corenian and the people
following them leave.
"These are called Spiris." Kameron says. "They are a pokemon native
to Corenian. And they come in all types. I don't know why this one
came. The purple one's name is Maikaʻi. It means Keen in an ancient
language." Kameron pats Maikaʻi. "It's a psychic type. My
specialty. That one appears to be a Ice type. Hmm how rare...." she
squints her eyes at the pokemon. "Ice type Spiris are rare.
Congratulations."
Megami sees Saphi. "Hello there and welcome to Coren!" she says
with a smile. Her gray eyes scanned Saphi. "My name is Megami, I'll
be your guide for today I suppose."
Claude finally set foot on land, after such a troublesome trip. It
wasn't the worst trip he had but it could have been a bit better.
His motion-sickness played a major role in that but he quickly got
over it. After breathing fresh air and stretching a bit he paused
to check it was his suitcase by opening a pouch, which of course it
was. He stood still, observing the multiple shops that were nearby.
Of course there would be so many shops in this part of the island
given that's what tourists first lay eyes on.
"hey, i never asked your name, did I?" Sky says to the little
girl,
"I'm guessing you already know mine, though. but, anyways, I'm
Sky."
he wonders what the little girl said in corenian to those people,
but he's
grateful nevertheless. he has a slight smile on his face and he can
tell that
Salamence is happy, too. then, he sees leo and anne over a rock. he
looks at
them with a confused face. "is it okay if i go check on those two?"
Sky says to
the little girl.
Leo- wha-wha- what are you doing here?
*Anne gives leo a hanky*
*Leo wipes his mouth*
Anne-you still haven't changed, have you?
Leo-dont evade my question Anne! how did you stay here with
that...that...that....Beast!
Anne- l left him too brother, but it wasn't necessary to leave the
island, and look what it got me
*she takes out a master ball*
Leo-is that a mega rayquaza!
Asks leo remembering the wish his sister used to convince to him
years ago... But that seemed like ages
The little girl nodded. She pointed at his salamence. "I'll watch
it." she says. "My name is Quicksilver. In your language." she says
with a shy smile.
"nice to meet you, Quicksilver." Sky says, shaking her hand.
"when you mean you'll watch my salamence, do you mean
look after it or something? if so, thank you. Salamence
could do with some fresh air."
Quicksilver nodded. It was obvious now why she was named. She had
shoulder length silver hair and matching silver eyes. She pat the
salamence on the back of the neck.
