Helltouched [Furry Roleplay]
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Helltouched [Furry Roleplay]Didn't... Didn't I die? I thought... What's on my arm? Is that a tattoo? No, it's a scar! No, no this can't be happening! I'm.. I'm... I'm Helltouched!
Zander Warcolf
As any normal day starts, you'd wake up, toss in some clothes, and eat breakfast. As any day where you're a freak, you usually do the same. Helltouched as you might be, you can still do whatever you like, so long as you cover up your mark. For one raccoon in particular, it was a lazy morning. With a groan and a few tries, Zander turned off his alarm, then rolled out of bed. Standing up and scratching his head, he grumbled something about school days being the worst, then pulled a pair of black jeans out of his dresser, along with a maroon red T-shirt with grey sleeves. Pulling the clothes on, he stepped out of his room and headed for breakfast downstairs. And then immediately turned around and grabbed a hoodie from his room, pulling it in over his shirt. His parents didn't know that he was Helltouched. His brother didn't know either. He didn't want them to know either. Trotting down the stairs, he grabbed a satchel off the bottom step and put it on, then grabbed a piece of toast and headed for the door, slipping on a pair of shoes on the way. "I'll see you after school, mom. Drive safe on your way to work." Then he closed the door behind himself, taking a breath of the cool morning air.

She pauses on her way to the living room, staring at her sister with a lounging look. There have been times when she had considered telling her sister the truth, but fear drove her away. Besides, this was probably safer for both of them anyway. "Come on," she tells her sister gently, carefully shaking her sister awake. "We are going to be late let's get going." Her sister finally awakes and sighs in annoyance.
"I don't want to go to school today" she grumbles. An amused smile appears on Scout's face. Her sister was starting to act like her, she wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not.
"Come on, let's get going" she repeats. "I have your breakfast ready, but you'll have to eat it on the way to school. I'll be waiting by the door"
...
Scout rests her head against the door and shuts her eyes. Enjoying the feeling of the cold wind against her fur. Their apartment building was small, but it worked for her and her sister. Even better, it was far from her- the woman that she was supposed to call her mother. She clenches her fists, wincing slightly when claws sink into her palms. It wasn't worth looking back into the past, she didn't have the time for that anyway. She jumps in surprise, hearing her door open up behind her. She steps aside so her sister can leave and together, they walk to the bus stop.
Dusk lived in a small house, it hardly looked large enough to comfortably house any creature, not even a fox such as her, on the smaller side. What most animals wouldn't know, however, was that it was partially underground. Through a trapdoor below the carpet on the top floor, was the majority of the dark creature's living quarters.
In one of these rooms, the black fox slept, curled in her bed. As the sound of her phone going off caused her ear to twitch, deep, blue eyes slid open. Dusk yawned, flexing her claws. "Morning, morning...time to start the day..." she grumbled.
After a quick stretch, the vulpine beast shook off her covers and slid out of bed. She was wearing nothing but her wristbands and anklets, as she never took those off. Her eye, naturally attracted to the sparkle of the gold on her wrist, once again spotted the blue flame on her arm. She sighed again, making her way across the bedroom to her wardrobe. She took a black leather jacket down from a hanger and slipped it on, her long sleeves covering the mark. "That outta do..." she murmured as she slid on matching leather pants and went upstairs, out of the trapdoor to the outside, figuring she'd eat out for breakfast.

"Are you going to get on?" Luna asks. She was standing at the entrance and giving Scout an odd look.
"Yes, of course" she replies. She steps onto the bus and stays close to Luna. Give her space a voice reminds Scout. She knows she shouldn't be so overprotective of Luna, afterall, Luna's only real threat is whatever would happen to her if someone found out about Scout's powers. Still, it was always better to be safe than sorry.
She slides into the same seat that Luna is in, which happens to be next to Phantom's seat. She can't help but glance over at her curiously.
