“Hey hey! I’m not done with you juuuust yet!” She said to him, then appeared right in front of his path. With a mischievous grin on her face, she grabbed his hand and against his will, pulled him towards the other children. Neither of them wanted to go over there, but Lei thought she could get some fun out of it.

Before Geo could walk around the small girl and ignore her, she gripped onto his hand and somehow made him tag along. He tried to resist but she was just too strong, it was unfair. “Will you stop already? Let me go you little-“ he was interrupted by Lei’s sudden stop, badly making him topple over her. “What is it now...” he grumbled, glaring down at her, waiting for an answer.

Lei didn’t let go of Geo’s hand as she turned around and smirked. “I forgot to make the deal, silly! It wouldn’t be interesting without a deal, now would it...” Her tone suggested that the deal was something unfair, but the cute face said otherwise. “The deal? Well... If you stay with me just this once, I’ll leave you alone whenever you come back! I’ll also get you some firewood if you waaaant!” She smiled and waited for Geo’s response.

Without second thought, he shook his head. “What’s the catch... What happens if I don’t agree...” he grumbled. He could only assume that it was either something gruesome, or just plain stupid. “Well the catch?” She giggled a bit. “You die of course! Oh, and your family will too, but that’s not exactly important, now is it?” Yeah... of course it was something like this... Geo sighed, hating that his life was on the line just for something like this. What’s even worse is that he was forced to chose one option, that’s not how deals were supposed to work. There was also a possibility that she was bluffing, but he’d rather not take the chance. “Fine... I’ll stay with you...” he grumbled.

Grisell flinched at the cold feeling on her hand. Spinning around to face the creature, her gaze softened a bit to see what looked like a little puppy, hiding in the bushes. She smiled a little, and reached out to pet the top of its head.

"Hey there," She said. "You lost too, little one?"

Luke had walked into the woods, his parents just told him to get firewood, even though the others had already left! He went into the woods nervously and started collecting firewood. He was trying to do it fast so nothing could sneak up on him and scare him or something. He walks deeper into the woods.

While Christy and Talia were talking about what just happened a stranger was approaching they didn't notice it until they were close it seemed like a boy their age. "Hello?!" Said Christy "Who are you?"

Luke heard the voice and hid behind a nearby tree. He didn’t really wanna talk to someone, and was afraid someone would hurt him or something. He only liked talking to the animals. They seemed nice to him.

"Hey Talia I think someone is watching us..." Christy whispers "Imma send Cheri to go see. Go on Cheri see what's going on!" Cheri sniffed around a bit then ran behind a tree and started meowing rapidly.

Cheri had found the stranger and started circling him meowing

Luke looked down and smiled a bit. He bent down and started petting the cat. “You’re nice.” he said as he sat down, still petting the cat. He picked up Cheri and set the cat in his lap. He continued petting it.

Cheri started to lick the stranger's hand where he had possibly ate some scones recently... Then there was a noise Christy was standing there at the tree staring at the stranger.

Luke hadn’t noticed Christy, as he was too busy petting Cheri. He said, “I really wish I had a pet. Animals are all so nice.” He continued petting the cat and laid down on his back and closed his eyes. He smiled. It looked like all of his problems had suddenly just vanished.

“Yippee! Let’s go!” Leime jumped in excitement, then quickly pointed out that she might’ve said that a bit too loud. “Well... now they know we’re comin, but that’s alright!” She giggled some more, then began to pull Geo towards the rest of the group.

On the way there, they encountered Luke, Christy, and Cheri. Geo sighed as he looked at them, recognizing most of their faces. He didn’t even know their name due to always being on his own. “So you’re gonna drag me into all their groups, right...” he muttered to Lei, not taking his eyes off Luke. Maybe it was a bit awkward that they would just randomly appear like that, but whatever...

Luke heard footsteps and stood up, then quickly got up, setting the cat down gently. He was really nervous. He didn’t really say anything, he just looked at the two. He got a piece of firewood nearby. He was sweating a tiny bit.

“Oh? Who’s this?” Lei questioned, stepping closer to the boy and the cat. She was in Luke’s face at this point, seemingly inspecting him. “Why are you nervous? Huh? We won’t hurt ya!” She smiled and perked up, moving her hands to behind her back. “I’m Leime! And my friend over here is... uh...” “Geo...” he muttered, obviously uninterested in what was happening.

Luke backed up into the tree, not really wanting someone in his face. “I-I’m Luke.” he said. He was still nervous, and wasn’t really used to talking to other people, or making a friend at all.

As soon as Luke moved away, Lei moved closer, like a predator cornering their prey. “Luke... Pretty boring name for someone like you!” She giggled, ignoring the other voices she heard a ways away. “You seem fun to be around, let’s be buddies!” She jumped up and down on her tippy toes, showing her joy and excitement. “What do you think G? You wanna be friends?” She turned her head to look at the bored boy.

“N-“ he was about to reply before being cut off. “Great! I can’t wait to have fun with you guys!” She was still jumping up and down with a wide grin on her face.

Luke quickly turned around some random direction and ran that way. Why was he so bad at introductions? He always stuttered. He ran a while away, doing twists and turns, before stopping and taking a break. He suddenly realizes that he is lost. Great. He bang his head on a tree lightly, then starts walking around. And he even left his firewood basket, so he had nothing with him.
