Ace, once he lifted his head up from off the ground, walked over to
a poster. He was pretty sure it wasn't there before. "A rumble
team, huh?" He wondered aloud. He was nearly an adult and he had
yet to actually get a job of sorts. With a small puff of air, his
cheeks inflated once more. "Maybe I'll check it out." Walking over
to the Great Tree. Spotting a pokemon just arriving he hesitantly
walked over. "Hey, are you here for the rumble team?" He sounded
pretty nervous. He hadn't really done anything like this before.
"Uhm, yeah." Ace said, lightly rubbing his head. "I mean if that's
okay!" He added on last second. He resisted the urge to just walk
away at that moment. Even if he messed this up it wouldn't be very
nice to walk away would it. "My name is Ace." Was it alright to
introduce himself this early?
Ace blinked as if in shock, then lightly shook his head. A grin now
on his face he nodded. "Alright, I'll see you tomorrow then Shade!"
Was it really that easy to join? Before he started to leave he
spoke one last sentence. "I won't let you down, I promise!"
Reye was hovering over her garden now, gently watering her plants
with a tiny watering canister. It didn't hold much, otherwise it
would be too heavy to fly with. She used psychic to water the
opposite side with a much heavier can
Slick headed back to the tree to where Shade was doing pottery. “Hi
Shade.” Slick said happily. He was by the garden area. “I like what
you’ve done with the place. Anything I can help with?” he asked.
“Still looks good to me.” Slick said. He had never really seen any
pottery before, so he thought it looked good. He thought he would
probably do a bad job at it, since he was all slimy.
Reye's garden had been watered now, panting slightly, she set down
the canisters and re-entered her home. She felt ready to just curl
up and rest her eyes.
