Well...

A stampede was next. She had to find a way across...she had to cross the savannah and make it to the hills

"That's not good," Rushelle muttered. She was fast, but she most certainly couldn't outrun a stampede. Bouncing on the tips of her toes, she started backing up. Maybe, she could move away from the stampede and wait it out, then cross.

At least, the stampede was nowhere near her. It was running from east to west over the plains and she was definitely out of the way at the moment. She had to cross though to get to the hills

Rushelle was caught between a rock and a hard place. But, finally, she came to a decision. She'd have to cross as quickly as possible, to avoid the risk of getting caught in the stampede. To her, it appeared that the stampede was far enough away, so, she took a deep breath, and took off. The long strands of fur on her arms lifted behind her, giving an amusing image of a superhero's cape. She bent forward, keeping her paws pumping to send her forward. A few times, she stumbled and fell, but after making sure that the letter was undamaged, she'd get back up again and keep going. She had a job to do.

She made it through with very little problems.
She would pass through a great grassland, and yellow flowers dotted the fields as far as the eye can see, even reaching the hills around them. All around her...there was yellow flowers growing everywhere...there was a very peaceful vibe in this area...
This was known as the 'Dreamland'. It's said that this place is where one is in tune with nature, where the souls of the weary can rest in peace...and walk the earth free of burden.

A few hours later, she would reach the port town of Kailua. The town had a very tropical vibe to it, with wooden housing, tiki towers, yet there were other buildings made of stone. The town was the link to other continents, by ferry. While there wasn't much to note of this town, however, there was a large wooden statue of a Lucario, in an outfit similar to that of a pirate captain. Next to it statue of a Mew. The plaque on the first statue read 'Captain Tenko, founder of Port Kailua. May she run free along with Saint Drake, the Mew of Harvest." There was also a large temple on the hill overlooking the sea. It's said that the founder of the village rested in peace there.

Rushelle's footsteps seemed quieter and quieter in the Dreamland, and without realizing it, she was holding her breath. The yellow flowers rustled against her fur but barely made any noise at all. The Mieanshao relaxed, a smile growing across her face as she went.

However, as she got into town, her eyes widened with delight, nose twitching and eyes bright. Everything about it seemed to distract her, and she was frozen for a minute in front of the Lucario statue before her focus came back. "Right. Let's go," she muttered. Rushelle knew that she was looking for a ship or something along that line. She had to get to Lucky Town. But where would she find it? Her eyes were already looking around, feet moving soon after.

The actual town she had to get to was called Lively Town. And then she had to travel to Serene Villave, a very secluded village in the mountains…

While boats were starting to become more of a norm, as an effort to not force Lapras out of their jobs, most of them in the business moved onwards to become workers and captains of the boats.
The ferry to the Water Continent, to Lively Town was an overnight one. Yung had given her money for the ferry ticket, which she can buy at the harbour.

As soon as Rushelle had gotten her bearings, she started off towards the ferry. The fact that she had gotten this far with little to no trouble was putting her in a good mood. As the noise of the Lapras and the other pokemon got louder, she hurried forward to find the nearest boat.

The terminal was not very large. Kailua Town was not very big, in fact, it didn’t receive many boats at all. Usally, it was one or two ferries a day, which were overnight ferries and smaller boats to the Air Continent, since it was much nearer.

There was only one ferry at this time. It was headed to Lively Town

The minute that Rushelle found the ferry, she was relived. A small part of her was panicked, wondering what would happen if she wasn't able to find the ferry. But now she had, and she had the money. She checked.

The money Yung had gave her was enough for a return ticket in a standard solo room. Once Rushelle had checked in, she was immediately allowed to board, as boarding had already started. Once her ticket was checked, she was given a key card and she had to find her room. The ferry was very basic, and all the rooms were at the top on the third floor. Her room was towards the end.

The second floor had a basic restaurant, as well as a viewing deck. Ferries weren’t too advanced yet at this day and age, but it was a still a pleasant experience.

The wooden floor felt odd beneath Rushelle's feet, but, then again, she was seeing and experiencing a lot of new things today. After finding the third floor, she went down the hall, the keycard clutched in her paw. Eventually, she did find her room (thankful that she didn't linger, or mix it up with someone elses).

She would open the door to find a relatively normal room. A single bed, a desk, and a balcony. There was also a shower room also.
It was very standard room. Nothing like Emerald's room with the balloons and bubbles...a fairly normal room.
The ferry would set off soon.

"Wonderful!" she said cheerfully. "Just like home." Rushelle didn't seem bothered by the simplicity of the room, in fact, it seemed familiar to her. Familiar as in the dojo, if one was being precise.

Despite its overall simpl, it still looked very comfortable. The lighting was warm, and everything looked comfortable.
Now for the things Yung and Emerald had packed for her. Obviously there was a letter and money and food. There was also a small wrapped gift for Conrad, there was a scarf for Rushelle… and Emerald had snuck in a giant deflated balloon in there too.

The only thing that Rushelle did with the money, food, and letter was double-check its security. She put the gift next to the letter, picked up the scarf, admiring it, and giggled at the baloon. "Somehow I knew he'd do something like this," she said to herself.

The scarf had a small note attached to it. “I had Azure make one for you, I think this could suit you…a yellow is a nice colour, no? To go in with your spirited personality? Haha…well, it’s up to you what you’d want to do with it. I’ll support your decision either way.”

There was a small card on the desk. That was a breakfast card, but it could also be used to get a free box of snacks from the vending machine near the cafeteria.
