Cora frown remained as James answered her question with a lecture. How could he tell she was injured? Was he there the whole time? If so, then he was a sneaky one to be wary of. She kept this in mind.

"If those are your conditions, then I suppose I'll remain up here." The stubborn girl answered, since he pretty much told her to do the exact opposite of what she'd planned. "Tho-" She yelped, thoughts interrupted as the bubble gave way, only for someone else to yell through the cacophony of voices and wrap them in vines before they got started once more.

There was an awkward silence for a moment. Then she peered down at the newcomers. "I'm sure we've stopped now." She spoke to Veil, half wondering if she should shift forms and try to slip out instead.

First freaky shadows, and now vicious plants. What a day.

Crystal could not help herself, she just cannot stop. Trying her best to contain her laughter as she watched the students who were just fighting first get trapped by her brother and next continue to get trapped by some vines after they were released. Best. First. Day. Ever. Not able to take it anymore, she ducked out to laugh.

Veil slid a glance at the girl who just snapped and tightened the grip of the vine slightly, the rest becoming a bit weaker. “I’m not talking any chances. I don’t want any dead people here, you hear?” He covered slightly, feeling a little bit embarrassed for trying to stop a fight which had already finished.

Juristi felt his body click again. He started to laugh, his body shrinking into itself, his features vanishing. Then, he liquefied, his body becoming pale blue and globular. He started to push his body through the gaps in the vines, small amounts of him spilling out and dropping to the ground. Again, he couldn't speak, and now he couldn't see. He could make out an area from sound though, random clicking echoing from his viscous form.

“Ew.” Veil muttered, retracting the vines slowly. “No killing eachother okay? Just... don’t kill eachother.” His voice was laced in bitterness, his gaze warming up with recluse. The lizard’s voice sounded drier, and just when everyone seemed to realise, including himself, he took out a water bottle and chugged a few mouthfuls. He wiped his mouth quickly and out the bottle back in his bag.

Veil’s head shot up. The sound of the pencil alerted the lizard. His knees bent and then his feet sprung off the ground, launching him into the air. His hands and feet slammed against the wall, making him stick to it. “Hello up here.” His orange eyes gleamed with malice, a wide smile growing across his face. One hand was taken from the wall as he leaned closer, putting a finger on the top of the page of paper, bending it backwards so he could see what he was doodling. His tail swayed against the wall, occasionally tapping against the wall.

Daree had watched him confine several people with vines, and laughed as he stuck to the roof. It was a rather weird sight. This Lizard Dude was weird - he was.. Well, a lizard. With plant magic. Chuckling slightly, she walked up the wall to the roof. Seeing as there was a ceiling here, it was completely covered in shadows, so she could go anywhere. She stood next to Veil, inspecting the book.

The fluid form didn't last as long. It was good for quick escapes, and that was about it. He reformed, his blank form showing again. Stretching, he looked at Cora, trying to shake off the feel of the fluid form. He didn't like it at all.

“I dunno. I never ate lizard. I’m a scaled demon and don’t you forget it, dumb reptile.” Veil called after him, his expression morphing into a playful, half enraged face. Now he had the paper in his hands, the stupid dragon didn’t take it. He frowned, his shoulders slouching. His head turned to see Daree next to him, moving slightly so they could see the paper too. “They’re a character, eh? Hungry all the time, I guess. And a sinner; but aren’t we all?” His voice melted into a laugh.

He ate the pencil, Veil thought. Actually, I’ve seen worse. He finished his thought. “I guess he doesn’t want this page then.” He gave it another look over it, studying it. It seemed to be of someone, he didn’t know who. Veil frowned.
