"Oh, that looks rather nice. Go, Slice!" she said, and Slice jumped
forwards, ready for battle. The ponyta was a fire type, so they had
a disadvantage, but if they could stop it from attacking, they
might be able to defeat it. "Slice, would you use wrap, please?"
She asked politely. She didn't want to force her to do anything.
Slice stepped forwards, wrapping the Ponyta.
"Let's try a Peck now!" Devon was getting more nervous as the
battle went on. He wasn't sure how it would end at this point. He
shook his head. Hopefully he could catch the ghastly...
Devon sighed, deciding he would take a risk here. He reached into
his bag, pulling out a pokeball. He threw it towards the Ghastly,
his fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
“Hi there!” Summer greeted the Taillow excitedly. Aria dug out a
portion of the curry and nudged it to the Taillow, smiling
invitingly. “It’s not poisoned!” She said with a grin.

Summer: The Wild Taillow looks a little hesitantly
at you. It took a peck at the food to make sure it was okay. After
it made sure it was safe it ate the whole thing and happily chirped
at you. It flew away, leaving something behind for you.
Congratulations! You obtained TM45! (Thunder Wave)
Tokyo winced as the ember hit Slice. "You can keep going, Slice...
Use leer, then tackle!" she said, though she was getting slightly
nervous now. She should've used Floof against this... Oh well. They
would win. Probably.
“Ooh! What’s this?” Summer nudged it over to Aria. Aria scanned the
item with her pokedex. “It’s TM 45 Thunder Wave!” Aria announced.
“Does Volt know it?” “I don’t think so, actually!” Summer grinned.
“Maybe Nickel can learn it as well...” She looked at Volt
questioningly. He nodded. Summer picked up the TM to teach Thunder
Wave to Volt.

Amelia walked down the path towards the gym. The Timburr following
quietly behind her. Suddenly remember something, she quickly spun
around, looking at the pokemon " Oops! I forgot to give you a name!
Hmm.... how about Oak?" The timburr gave her a very unimpressed
look "Okay, Okay, that wasnt a good name... hmmmm what to name?
Crsecent? (even tho you have nothing related to it) " The timburr
seems to ponder the name before nodding his head.
Luna walked ahead of Amelia since she always walks at a fast pace.
She spotted the gym sign and quickly glanced at it.
"Oh it's Water-type if I interpret that symbol correctly," she
said. She looked over at her Pokemon. Amster stood proudly, knowing
it was the best against it, but Luna was still worried about their
level. She couldn't rely on it alone. She looked over at
Amelia.
"Are you planning to fight the gym trainer immediately? I need to
go to the Tall Grass and catch some more Pokemon," she asked
Amelia.
"Hmmmmm i dont think so...The only effective one for me is Lily but
i think she is still not strong enough." Amelia said looking at her
3 pokemon. The petilil was the only grass type among them and thus
was the most effective, she needed more pokemon.
