One thing myself and lot of users can agree on would be the need for this site to have a few more accessibility settings.

As the title says, a night (dark) mode would greatly help a lot of people, myself included.

The neons/whites of the site cause a lot of eye strain /
migraine for both mobile and and pc.

most ppl play the game at night, and also dark/night mode would look cool, tho it will be difficult

This would really help as I've always preferred darker themes even during daytime. I'm surprised nobody has suggested this before (... have they?).

er...not sure why the harshness spook, but i agree that with the last updates it only seems natural something like this should be added

If it helps on some browsers you can download add ons that make any site you use dark. So could just use that.

Support. The only issue would be the backgrounds and the blue theme of the site, it would be complicated to work out. If possible, I always use night mode on sites, it's just a lot easier on my eyes.

Huge support! I am autistic and have problems with light sensitivity, so I use dark mode / light-on-dark text settings on any site I possibly can. With Pokeheroes, even on min brightness and with a screen overlay to dull bright colors I struggle to play for more than a few minutes without getting a headache. Improving accessibility by adding in a dark mode would be amazing. ;w; Keeping a blue theme would be possible by simply using a darker blue and white text, with the main bg (the very pale blue) being blue-black.

Although it sounds like a good idea, it could cause troubles with legibility, due to the fact many people use colored fonts to spice up their profile, diary, shops, etc. and these same colors might no longer be readable.

No support for now.

@JolteonThunder where in settings is it? I know you can make the background dark but the main page still remains blindingly white.

i dont. See the issue at all, ive seen tons of people already use colors that are un-readable on the sites normal colors- not to mention ppl who use colors that clash with people who are color-blind, and make it unread able for them

the issue of "color codes" is just a non issue that already happens on site with or without a dark mode

I am totally in favor of this idea. Its hard to play in low brightness at night and also its not good to play in medium brightness as it will effect our eyes a lot. Seriously this is a best decision that should be implemented as it will help a lot of users.

Yes. Have all my support.

Every single site I use has dark mode then when I go in PH, my only eye gets irritated by the bright background (Ish blind one eye..other is 30% vision). I mean I do have dark banner and background but the middle is too bright.

If people don't want the darkmode then just have this and that option. You don't needa change it to dark mode. Just an option to do so.
