Mia broke free of the woods, letting out her cry, running into the town, surprising the inhabitants. "Help me!" She cried out, tears steaming from her eyes. "They-they wanna kill me!" Her voice was a shrill wine, shadow pokemon burst from the Dark Woods.

Yoru rushed outside. "I think...that was from The Dark Woods. Xena, stay inside with big sis. I'm going to check it out." She left the door open behind her and went to investigate

Midnight picked up the cries for help. "I got this." She said, running out towards the cries. She panted a bit. "A-Are you okay?" She asked, looking at the other pokemon.

A shadow absol attacked Fen, blasting him with a night blade, not a know move at all. The shadow pokemon rushing from the woods were all black, decorated with yellowy orange jagged crystals all over them, with red, blue, yellow, orange, and purple eyes varying in color. The stronger town pokemon began forcing the attackers back into the woods. Yoru ran out and used shadow ball. "What are all these things?" She cried out, sounding scared and confused.

Running after fen, riptide saw a frightening bunch of pokemon. He used water gun, trying to buy the group some time.
He shouted, scared. Someone get some help!

Fen was flipped by the absol, and by some miracle, landed on his feet. A large cut streaked down his chest. Fen flinched, but growled at the shadow pokemon. what should I do- what should I do- the thought echoed in his mind. He'd never fought before, but he had to do something! Using what little energy he had, he summoned a sharp rock, silver and almost glowing in the moonlight. Fen hurled it at the neck of his attacker.

Noba snarled upon seeing the shadow pokemon strike his friend. He opened his mouth and a fireball started charging up before he launched it at the absol, undoubtedly, this was Ember

Midnight used Shadow Ball on the Absol, the two of them looking almost alike if one didn't have crystals growing out of them and black fur.

"I-I thought shadow pokemon were just...pokemon with a strange aura and red eyes...what...is this?" Yoru stuttered. She shook her head, charging a shadow houndour with dark pulse. This was no time to question things. She needed to get these monsters back into the woods! If they were real, then...

Mia was trembling, hiding behind the fighting pokemon. She had no idea how to fight! It had dawned on her that she was a pokemon, some kind of horse. Pokemon were real...and she was one. And she was a wimp at that....

The shadow absol was hit back toward the woods, wounds smoking. It had clearly been burned by the fire attack.

The shadow pokemon were closing in. Fen began to panic. Noba, and all the other pokemon! You have to protect them! Fen's protective nature kicked in, and he let out a fearsome howl, one which the townsfolk might have thought came from one of the shadow pokemon instead. Not really knowing what he was doing, he reared up and slammed is paws into the ground. The earth began to shake, and glowing blue rocks emerged, slamming into many of the shadow pokemon.

“Inscribe into thy very body...doth nature of this raging inferno...” Noba growled as he charged up another attack, the fireball was a little bigger than the last and it’s clear that it was a stronger attack. He launched it at the Absol and it burst into pieces, Flame Burst

Popplio filled with rage at the sight of his newfound friends being attacked. A blue aura surrounded him, and he charged at the shadow pokemon, speeding through the air.
