"I'm fine" Casity replies with a laugh. "I didn't expect to see that DJ set. Barry really goes all out for these parties huh?" She finishes up her drink and tosses the cup in the trash. Now her hands are free.. great. She smooths down her shirt and skirt. Her eyes fall onto the girl walking towards the snack station... Maple was her name right? She was dressed up for this like this was a prom. She glances down at her outfit again. I should've wore a dress, but I can move much more freely in this.

Aurora grins and heads back for her posse. They chat about a lot of random things. She pauses. A feeling of dread has settled on her.

“Just in time...” Hoebi muttered to Suvansh,, leaning against the wall and his head still low

Kamini smiled and nodded, then looked at the clock. 7:30. She looked around at everyone and greeted all her friends, then noticed Hoebi standing in the corner looking like he had seen his mother’s death. She walked up to him and slightly tiled her head. “Hey... you alright?”

Amane slowly walked away far enough without making Casity and Aurora noticing him, he looks at Tazuli before realising she’s near the place where everyone is entering, well now he can’t go to her, probably needs social interactions

Tazuli was still watching them, she looked around at the party again, how did he get decorations as amazing as these and even a DJ booth even if he’s the super high school level party planner

Sam is still feeling like people are going to beat him up at the party,
so he puts up the hood on his sweatshirt and continues to read alone.
he sees the DJ set and remembers that his band had a practice today!!!
"whelp... i guess i can't go to the practice now..." Sam mutters to himself.

Mallory sets all her stuff at the DJ booth. "How about... this one to start." she puts a CD in. "Hey Barry, you get my text with the list of songs?" she asks.

Sam feels... somewhat sad, for some reason.
he was reading a good book, so he wondered why he felt sad.
usually, when he was reading, his mind was at ease. but,
this time, he felt really stressed out

Lukas was looking around again, having made his way to the "edge of chaos," as he called it. He saw someone drinking from a teacup, which he thought a little strange, but he didn't think any more of it. He was just glad to be here with someone, especially someone like Astrid.

Maple glanced over at someone looking it her. 'Casity. Slight suspicions.' She thought instantly while looked at her over the rim of her cup. 'Wonder what she's up to.'She thought, then looked away, then glanced back over. She did this several times, as if she were studying her, then looked away again.

I'm trying to think of a good signature, so... Use your imagination.

Sam looks up and sees Maple drinking out of a teacup.
people are also staring at Maple, and Sam doesn't quite understand why.
he understood that it IS a bit odd to be drinking from a teacup, but he
doesn't understand why people are continuing to stare at her.

Barry says to Mallory, "Yes I did. Now for speech." He looks at the clock. It's time. He taps on a microphone, getting everyone's attention. "Hello everyone. Welcome to the *mutters numbers* 20th party of the school year! This party is formal, so we will be playing soft music tonight." He gestures for Mallory to come up on the stage. "And thanks to Mallory, we have some." He starts clapping, getting the others to clap for her. "Now, you all remember my rules. No bullying, making fun of, hurting on purpose, or saying it was accidental when it wasn't. If you're going to do that leave now. Other then that, lets partayyy!"

Luke comes back with some drinks and snacks.

Casity frowns as she watches over at Maple. She just glanced over for the fifth time now. Feeling slightly uneasy, she darts away from the snack table. She is standing in the middle of the room now. She glances around, wondering who she should talk to now. Maybe this was a mistake. Should she just go back to her dorm? Her train of thought vanishes when Barry speaks into the mic. Maple glanced around. She saw a lot more people were staring at her. "It's rude to stare at someone for a prolonged period of time." She said, not even looking up from her teacup. She looked up quickly when she heard Barry addressing the crowd. She carefully put her teacup on the table, then slowly clapped her hands together., and she nodded and smiled when he said 'formal'.

Amane felt a strange feeling? It wasn’t the usual feeling of discomfort around people, it was a different feeling that he doesn’t know, he never felt this type of feeling before, what is it?

Tazuli also felt the same feeling, that was strange, she was actually enjoying the party, she ignores it and goes to the drinks section
