Lukas starts to chuckle at Derick. He takes a hand and rests it on his shoulder, stopping him and turning him around, then says, "You've got a C minus in this class because you goof off. You don't seem that strong either way." With that, he moved his hand to the back of Derick's neck and started pulling down.

Ed pulled his hand back, suddenly worried he might have startled Willow. He tucked his hand behind his back. "I'm Edmund, but you can call me Ed." He looked around, trying to make the conversation less awkward. "I was just heading back to P.E. Can you get to your class all right?"

Sayuri slowly made her way back to P.E. She checked the time on a clock hung on the wall as she walked by. "So I missed class, huh?" she said tiredly to herself. She had heard rumors of that Derick guy, but today was the first time she had actually seen him. She wasn't fond of him.

Sam, who has just left the library to go to the schoolyard, marks the page in his book, and sits down on a bench, his head hanging low. then, very quietly, Sam starts to sing the song "Demons" by Imagine Dragons. he keeps his voice low, as to not attract any attention to himself

(Alrighty, let’s time skip to da partyyyy)

Alright guys, this is gonna be a small recap/assessment/extra information post so get comfy in your seats and let’s begin!

So at Hilketa High School, the students have just gotten back from Christmas/New Years/Winter break. At the start of November, the head of the school decided to make things more interesting. A new student had arrived. The teachers know exactly who the murderer is and what is going on, but they are told to say the exact same excuse and not care about it. “The student just caught a cold and was sent home” they would say. Every student believed them. Every night a student was killed until Winter break. Over 30 students out of over 1000 were killed.

Now that that’s said, let’s hop on over to the present. In just 1 day, Derick and his friends had caused 2-3 fights... Wow, impressive. Another gang on bullies messed up Sam pretty bad, breaking his leg and back. Nothing else was worth noting except... Well, let’s just say that Barry, the Super High School Level Party Planner chick magnet has decided to throw a party tonight! And guess what... The murderer is invited... Will there be a murder tonight at the party or while everyone is fast asleep...?

We will be time skipping to the beginning of the party! Yippee!

THINGS IM GONNA LET YOU DO/NOT LET YOU DO
• You guys (in total) get 3 questions to ask the teachers (basically my way of giving you hints while still RolePlaying), but you guys will have to discuss it in the group chat. You don’t want people getting mad at you for using a hint without them knowing. And yes, I STRONGLY encourage using hints

• Just so you know, the person playing the murderer isn’t going to flat out say “____ took ___ into a room, away from everyone else and killed them”, it would be too easy to know who the murderer is! Each day in the Roleplay at the time of the murder, I will give the details on how and where the murder happened, then immediately go to next day

• Just for plot purposes, I will allow the body to be left in the location it was in instead of it mysteriously disappearing. The teachers will still use the “the caught the cold” excuse, but a student can still manage to find them

• Please do not have your character go to their next class without me continuing the plot. I know it might take a while, but things can get chaotic if everyone randomly decided to switch classes.

•Please PalPad me if you want your character to discover a body. This is important to plot and it respects other people. If you immediately get your character to discover the body, other people might get mad at you and a plan that I could have could potentially be ruined. Also, even if I give you permission to find the body, don’t do it until I say you can. I might not be online, then the RP could progress without me giving some very crucial info. Sorry if this is too restricting, I want this RP to run smoothly!

And I believe that’s it! I might have more stuff, but who cares. I’ll post about it later if I remember!

Astrid hurries to get to the party on time. Her hair is pulled back. She looks giddy with excitement. She skips all the way there.


Mallory heads over. "Hey Barry, you need a DJ?" she asks him when she sees him, grinning and twirling a CD on her fingers.

Sam is sitting on a bench outside, his fractured leg and broken back FINALLY healed. Sam remembers that Barry is holding a party tonight to welcome everyone back to school. Sam, however, made up his mind that he kinda DIDN'T want to go to the party. after all... EVERYONE in the school was invited. he was beaten up a lot last semester, so he didn't know what would happen this semester. for all he knew, someone could get MURDERED (foreshadowing[probably])

Aurora noticed Sam. Her usual posse of girls off getting ready. She walks over to him. "Want to come to the dance with me?" she asked nicely. She could tell he wanted to go but wasn't sure.

Lukas was humming a tune, combing his hair. He had visited family recently and retrieved his father's old navy blue tuxedo. He stepped in front of a tall mirror and regarded his outfit with a fury, making sure everything was just right. Satisfied, he snatched a small poppy from his counter and popped it into his pocket, just for an extra measure. He shrugged his shoulders and sighed, saying to himself, "You got this Lukas!" Once he did that, he started on his way to the party.

Sam hears her and keeps his head down. "u-ummm..." he says, his face turning bright red. Sam feels REALLY embarassed by this point. he didn't want to be rude, but he was afraid of getting hurt by bullies again. so, Sam looks up, blushing, and says, "s-sure, guess. I-I'm Sam, by the way..."

"I know that." Aurora says, eyes gleaming with laughter. "I'm Aurora." she pauses, hoping her doesn't gasp like everyone else does when they hear her name.



Astrid got to the party. "I wonder if Maple's coming." she says aloud. "We can talk about the books!" she says excitedly.

Lukas could see people milling about, and he started to grow excited. His fingers twitched and his smile grew. He had finally arrived! He checked himself once more, made sure his little flower was still there, then started to walk again, until he entered the madness.

"Now." Aurora said. "Come on." she takes Sam's hand and guides him to the party. "You probably won't get beaten up. I can't promise anything. I hear a few scary's are coming." she says. "Scary's" was the term the girls in her posse used to describe the stronger boys, the ones that tended not to beat people up.


Astrid entered around the same time Lukas did. She looks for Maple. "Not here yet." she says. "Hey isn't your name Lukas?" she says, seeing him.

Hoebi really didn’t want to go to the party. Tonight was one of the only nights he could actually relax and sleep... Well, Kamini was forcing him to go and he didn’t really want to decline. Besides, Kamini was the only person that actually noticed him and was nice to him. He got on the nicest clothes he had, an old army jacket and some nice pants that he didn’t like, but it was good enough. He wore his usual black beanie and black tennis shoes, but for once he actually brushed his hair.

Kamini was super excited for this party. She could wear her favorite dress and talk to her friends, and even have free snacks. There was one person in particular that she wanted to talk to...Of course she was paying for all of it plus some supplies that Barry couldn’t get, but it was worth it. As soon as she remembered that her family was paying, her smile disappeared. She looked into the mirror as she was putting in her earrings and frowned. Her family didn’t earn that money, the money was just a reminder of how terrible her parents were. She sighed and tried to forget about it and got ready. She walked out of the door and went to greet Hoebi at his door. Once he slowly walked out, her eyes widened in surprise. He somehow looked like a completely different person, and he looked really good too. “You look great!” She complimented.
