The bag would be available for people who bought at minimum half a year of premium, that way it is actually fair. Perhaps it isn't something they buy but rather just something they get

I'm not premium, but I think this is a nice idea.
As for the bags, when you lose your premium you keep the bags, but can't use them.
Maybe you could sell/trade them for users who don't have all six? Or they can be bought by people who just got premium, but don't want/can't spend more nuggets on a bag.

It should be like the Auction House where normal trainer gets to set upto 6 auctions while premium member gets to set 8 auctions and as soon as premium ends it's back to 6.

Also another idea can be taken from berry garden where the 4th garden automatically gets locked once premium ends but you keep the garden and it's unlocked when your premium renews. The 7th and 8th bag should work in the same way where you can buy those with nuggets but when your premium runs out they are locked.

Yes it would but the premium is there for the extra features and most of the tabs already have premium features like extra AH slots and Berrygarden slot so adding extra rumble isn't that game changing. And it might also help more people buying premium.
