He watched the hawk pass by him and land in the canopy. He looked at Crimson, then said, "'Course I don't have powers. Else I'dve used them by now." He didn't sound mad, but he did sound like he was explaining something to a toddler. He pulled out his rope again, then started climbing towards the top of the tree.

Finally mustering up the courage to exit her hiding space behind the rocks, Kepo tentatively stepped forwards, shaking as she did so. "Hello, who are you?" she asked the less than usual party assembled before her.

She looked at Kepo curiously. Either she was just taking a small rest in the river, or she was there the entire time. “I-I’m Flay... Who are you?” She asked nervously. So many people in the same area... She didn’t even know if half of them were hostile or not. Either way, it was still scary.

She continued to watch her carefully and curiously. So she was also like her... That didn’t change the fact that she could still potentially be a threat. “Nice to meet you too Kepo...” she muttered as she watched the water fall.

Zander looked at Snaphet, his eyes wide. "You know how a jaguar is pretty because of its danger? Like, we call it a beautiful cat because it could kill us?" He shimmied up more of the tree, then pulled himself into the top of the tree. " Also, can you climb a rope? "

Pulling himself the rest of the way into he quietly finished his thought about jaguars. 'That's the kind of beautiful you are.' He decided maybe it wasn't the best thing to say to someone who was indeed beautiful like a jaguar and who could indeed kill him. He tied the rope to a sturdy limb, then lowered the rope down. "In that case, wanna come up?"
