Some questions related to the topic suddenly came to mind which are:

1. Are Baby Pokémon a thing in PokéHeroes?

2. What are considered "Baby Pokémon"?

3. Can Baby Pokémon breed in the Daycare or do they have to be fully evolved?

For your questions:
1) Yes, it is applied on PokeHeroes
2) Check here to see the description
3) They have to evolve (but it isn't necessary to evolve to 'fully-evolved', just evolve them) to breed, or else no egg
