Use the form!!! On the front!!! Stop copying and pasting the form from other people’s orders!!! Because I can tell if you’re using an old form or a new form and I even said this in the rules!!!
(This is so that if I add or delete anything on the current form, you use that one and not an old version)

Second note, if you managed to gather enough nuggets to provide me for a month/half a year/year's worth of premium (and not just 50 for one use of the shiny radar), I would gladly be your main supplier for several shines of gender or personality or mega able shiny.
