My first guess also was Celebi. Well, we'll see, I guess. :D

I think it might actually be Jirachi if it isn't Celebi!

1) Jirachi and Celebi are the only two Pokémon related to the Jaboca Berry.
2) Jirachi and Celebi have both blue and green on their bodies.
3) Jirachi and Celebi can both fly, and Jirachi lacks wings, while Celebi's are moving too quickly to see.
4) Jirachi and Celebi are both very small, with the former being the lightest Steel-type.
5) Honey does not relate to either, so it doesn't point towards one over the other.
6) Jirachi has been shown to occasionally make mischief, while Celebi is a more peaceful Pokémon, less likely to act mischievously.

EDIT:

Somebody should slather bark with Honey! I don't have any left, so I can't, but the mystery Pokémon is supposed to smell like Honey, so it must enjoy eating it, too! There might be a chance to catch it, or at least more information!

That indeed is a good idea! Let's see if anyone can find out more about this - I can't help as I'm out of Honey again (my stubborn Pokémon barely find any Honey on their rumble missions uû).

it still points to celebi or jirachi

I don't even hardly understand the connection between Jirachi/Celebi and the Jaboca berry.(csn't remember what it does)

Ah, thanks. I actually think I got those event Pokemon.

And according to Bulbapedia:

So it has nothing to do with types.

its celebi. think about it. Honey => Trees => forest => shrine.

continuing what Lava said, jirachi has 0 relations to trees or forests,
celebi is the forest guardian.

The funny thing is that I was seriously considering selling all my gems before this....I even went to the store and filled out all the numbers! But luckily, I checked this first :D I have 4 extras. If you want them, PM me ^.^
