With a sigh, Shion picked up the Pokenav but realized that it was
still on the call, with faint laughter coming from the device.
"Dohko, I swear if you heard any of that I will personally fly back
to Sinnoh to beat your ass into the ground." Shion ground out
lifting the Pokenav back up, only receiving yet another peal of
laughter in response. Recalling Mu into his Pokeball, Shion gently
locked the room door before ending the call. "Damn it Dohko." He
grumbled
Desmond and Stoutland strolled through the building, getting a feel
for the place they were staying. "We have a lot to prove here. I
may not be an Elite 4 Member, Gym Leader, or Chsmpion but I'm
almost counting on them to doubt me. I'm positive if they do, weve
got this." He told both himself and Stoutland as they eyed around
The Champion was back in the front Lobby. Watching the people,
amused. He doubted anyone had the strength to face him after what
he had been put up against.
Walking out, Shion looked around to see if there were any
blacksmith shops around. While specializing in electric types,
Shion's real passion lies within blacksmithing and repairs. Knowing
that it was odd, Shion didn't really mind as the rest of the Elite
4 were just as quirky and weird. However just stepping out was
weird as the city scape was so much more different than what Shion
was used to
Desmond headed to the lobby, mostly trying to get a look at any
potential opponents. "I've gotta say, this region's a lot different
than Unova..." he said as he and Stoutland headed outside. The air,
the feel, everything was very different yet the goal remained the
same.
Sitting down for a second, Shion felt very very shell shocked. They
were riding bikes on the other side of the road. What? With a quick
head shake, Shion pulled out the Pokenav again to simply play with
the device. What to do first? Shion didn't really know, brain
simply scrambled from all the cultural differences
Desmond decided to take a stroll around outside. The weather was
nice and he still had to get used to everything. "I cant quite tell
who all were gonna be up against Stoutland..."
Seeing two people by the front, Shion decided to take a chance and
see if they knew their way around. "Um, excuse me?" He called out
to the two. "I'm sorry if I'm disturbing anything but do you
perhaps know your way around?"
“Hey, it’s no problem. Names Blue, and this is my silent rival,
Red. We’ve been in Alola for about 3 months, so yeah we do. What
can we help you with?”
"The Red and Blue of Pallet Town?" Shion almost squeaked but
managed to keep calm. "Um, sorry. I was wondering if there were any
places you recommend. I come from the Jhoto Region and I'm not
really used to this." Rambling a bit at meeting two actual legends,
Shion shut up promptly after realizing that rambling probably
wasn't the best thing to do.
Desmond decided to rest a bit, getting his eyes on a couple people
he thought to be participants. "Stoutland come back!"" He said as
he recalled him into his pokeball. He looked ahead and spotted a
relative group of people, deciding to head towards it.
"Ah, I remember. I heard a lot of stories growing up." Shion
replied, fidgeting nervously. "Your way of running the Viridian Gym
was almost unheard of, not picking a type specialty."
"Guy's not wrong, it was quite different." Desmond butted into
their conversation. "Names Desmond, I'm here for the tournament.
I'm boldly going to assume the three of you are aswell?" He asked
with a smirk
"You're quite formal with your introduction there Shion." He said
with a chuckle. "I cant help but assume you'd be a part if this
tournament going on?" He asked curiously, wanting to know just who
all he may end up against
