Ball heard someone talking, so he peeked out of the cave as other Pokemon were climbing in to see a Purrloin had just woken up. "Hey! Come in here, there's a huge storm out there that might come towards us!" He quickly bounced back into the cave, making sure to stay as far away from the others as possible while still being covered.
I mostly go on Smogon and Twitter nowadays.

Miko saw the other pokemon. She looked up and saw the grey clouds. The last thing she needed was to be caught in a storm. She followed Ball into the cave.

(Okay then, I'll try to make it more active so people join)

Miko scrambled into the cave, thankful that purrloin could walk on two legs just as well as four. "Heh, just my luck. The day I wake up as a pokemon outside is the same day I realize there is a storm." She notices the others. "Woah, what did I walk in on?"

Ball faintly heard some crackling, but assumed it was a byproduct of the storm and ignored it. "Well, I just woke up, so...I don't know." He wanted to avoid telling everyone about his story until he felt more comfortable talking to them.
