From what I have heard rumble eggs come completely random. You might get extremely lucky and get the pokemon egg in a week or less which is usually pretty uncommon and rare, but it can take a few weeks or even a few months so for this type of pokemon through rumbling you need to be patient the 6th rule and the WARNING listed below that even says so.
