Bastet: If the town has an Inn of sorts, we might as well. This was
a tedious trip. Bastet smirked. She then looked to a few of the
townsfolk. No offense.
Luciel: I doubt they care unless we talk about their culture.
Anyway, sure. Sleep sounds fine.
Suddenly, all the town's inhabitants revealed themselves to be
Zoruas! Even the buildings and the whole town were stacked
Zoruas!
A Zorua: Drew, Drew, Drew. It was too easy planting those fake
memories. Pa-hey was never a town. It was an elaborate trick.
Drew: So I'm not a killer?
The Zorua face-palms.
A Zorua: No. You are not.
Yung: "Well stick by me, and let me take the hits. You'll see by
ability in play and being a fighting type...they've picked the
wrong person to anger."
Bastet: And we just wanted to sleep...
Luciel began running off with Bastet and Auto behind her.
Auto: Everything has gone downhill. I think there's a dungeon
located nearby that we can trap them in.
Auto: We're in agreement then. Safety is the first priority.
Bastet twitched her ears as they ran past some foliage.
Bastet: Luciel, turn left to those trees.
Luciel: What? Why?
Bastet: It'd be ridiculous if we try to return by boat back to the
mountain. Not to mention, a time waster if they succeed in catching
us. We can probably get through the peak with this direction, but
we'll enter the forest dungeon here. Is everyone cool with
that?
Luciel: I can't believe I'm listening to you for advice-- I
agree.
Auto: Aye.
Bastet: Everyone? Dungeon diving?
Bastet: It appears to be majority vote. Okay, let's get going.
The Bandits were the first to enter the forest dungeon. The area
was filled with island flowers that appeared more tropical. They
were fading, seeming to be part of the Zoruas's illusions.
Auto: Bug, Grass, and a few Water types. I suggest we keep moving.
Be careful of any traps, I feel those Zorua might use their ability
to trick us with more than their own appearances.
