After a few minutes, Austin sighed and gave up. He hauled himself to his feet and cast one look at the water before tucking his hands into his pockets and walking off in the direction of the classroom. "I can't find Torrent. I don't have time and his pokeball is missing completely. Where is he?" He mumbled quietly but it was loud enough for Stream to hear him.

Stream hears this, and thinks to herself. His Pokemon is missing... but what am I supposed to do? She sighs, and starts making her way to the classroom as well. She could ask him if she could help find the Pokeball later.

Austin sat down in the classroom and placed his head on his desk. "Alright, Austin. You and stream will be battling together since you both were out." The teacher said politely.

"I don't have a Pokemon though." Austin mumbled in defeat. The teacher nodded in understanding and sighed.

"Alright then. Stream can battle with Breeze if she wants, but if you don't have a Pokemon you'll have to stay inside and study." The teacher said apologetically. Austin didn't reply instead he nodded in response.

`Um, okay then.." Stream says. She glances over at Austin sympathetically.

Austin didn't notice Stream, instead he grabbed his notebook and began to write down what was in a textbook. The teacher sighed and dismissed the class so they could battle. Maybe I should leave the class early to search for Torrent... Austin thought quietly as he debated on leaving the class early for the day without permission.

It had been a couple hours later and Austin had left the class. He was walking around town as he looked for his pokeball. "Maybe it fell off on my way to school." He mumbled to himself quietly.

After class ended, Stream decided to check around the school again for Austin's Pokeball, but having no luck finding it, even after checking the fountain dozens of times. How irresponsible of him... She thought.

"How could I be so irresponsible and lose my friend like that!?" Austin growled to himself angrily and continued through town. He decided to give up and head home since he was still wearing the somewhat damp clothes from that morning. "Maybe if I catch a Pokemon it can help me search...I'll do that afterwards." He mumbled and walked through town to his house.

A student from the school, one of the local bullies, was holding Torrent's pokeball. He threw it up into the air and caught it. "So that Rocket wanna be just dropped it into the fountain and you took it?" One of his friends asked, it was loud enough for Stream to hear.

"Yeah that Unova brat didn't even notice. Can you imagine? Losing a Pokemon like that? Man I can't wait to make him beg for this guy back." The first kid laughed. Torrent growled from within the pokeball. The Oshawott looked upset.

"Do you really think that kid is a part of Rocket? I mean his Oshawott looks healthy. Most Rocket memers don't care for their Pokemon. Not to mention he looked distraught when he couldn't find the poor thing. Maybe we should just return it." The third kid, a very young trainer, not part of the bullies' group said quietly. "After all aren't we like Rocket if we force him to beg for his starter?"

"You idiot!" The first kid snapped. "Rocket doesn't make you beg for your Pokemon. They steal it and that's it."

(Maybe these two bullies can be the people Stream was supposed to spy on but didn't until it was too late. They could be secretly in rocket.)

Stream hears the group of kids talking, and walks over to investigate. "Excuse me," She says, walking over. "I'm going to have to ask you to give me that Pokeball," She stays, sternly. "Or else." Though, she knew that these kids wouldn't likely hand it over so easily, so she reached for the Pokeball inside her bag.

The lead bully rolled his eyes. "Or what?" He asked in a mocking tone and held Torrent's pokeball close. Torrent growled and struggled to get out. "It's three against one."

The third child, the one who was uncertain about keeping Torrent from his trainer. Looked at Stream uncertainly and debated on helping if a battle broke out.

Austin walked into the house and walked to his room. After getting changed, he walked outside with a pokeball in his hand. "I'll befriend a Pokemon to help me search...maybe there's a Growlithe nearby. They have an amazing sense of smell." He said quietly.

"Very well then." Stream says, taking out her Pokeball. "It may be three against one, but numbers aren't everything." She throws her Pokeball into the air, and Dot jumps out, landing on the ground with a courageous look. funny how Dot has the exact opposite personality to another Pokemon character I have, who is an Azurill also named Dot

I literally have no idea how exactly Stream plans to beat three people with a level 13 Marill though... XD

I was planning for the third kid, who's not part of the bullies'group, to help Stream out

The first two bullies looked at each other. "Okay then kid. We'll battle." The lead bully growled. "Dave let your Pikachu out." He said lowly to the third boy.

Dave, the youngest kid, shook his head and went to stand by Stream. "No! Three against one isn't fair. If it'll get the new kid's Pokemon back then I'll help her."

Austin walked around town and looked around. He frowned and sighed before a Growlithe ran past him. "Is it wild?" He mumbled quietly and grabbed his Pokedex. The Pokedex barely got a chance to scan the Growlithe, and it read the Pokémon was wild. Austin smiled and went after the Pokemon.

Dave returned the nod and was going to start the battle when a teacher walked by and looked at the four. "Hey, no Pokemon battling in the main yard without permission." The teacher said lowly. The two bullies looked at each other and the main bully looked at his phone. He had a call.

"Doesn't matter anyway, my mom wants me home." The first bully lied and threw Torrent's pokeball at Stream. "Come on let's go." He growled to his friend.

Dave sighed and watched as the two left. He grabbed the pokeball off the ground and handed it to Stream. "Those two are cowards when it comes to a teacher." He mumbled quietly. Though something seemed suspicious about how the two fled so quickly.

Stream takes the Pokeball, and looks over at the bullies as they leave. "Hmm.." She turns back to Dave. "Thank you for coming to help me out." She says, "Even though those guys left before the battle could start, I appreciate it."

Dave nodded in response to Stream and recalled his Pikachu. "You're welcome. Good luck finding that Unovan kid to return his Pokémon. I think he might be staying with Mr. Smokey." He explained kindly. "He lives by the beach on the outskirts of town." He said politely before walking off campus.

Stream nods. "Alright then, thank you." She says before walking off campus as well, and started heading to the outskirts of town.

When she finally finds the house, she goes up to the door and knocks on it, then waits.
