Hmm- from my experience sometimes they just won't breed, even if they're the same pokemon. Try getting another Krokorok and putting it in the Daycare.

Any Pokemon on the Field Egg Group (number 5 in the first post) should be able to breed with Blaziken

One has to be Female and the other Male. Have you checked that? Also, with which Pokemon are you trying?

Some of the ones you said are Male. Your Blaziken is Male, so he needs a Female one to breed.

Try with Ponyta again, it should work. If it doesn't could you take a screenshot? I've tried with my Male Blaziken and my Female Ponyta and they get along.

"they don't like each other much"
Means exactly that; they don't like each other much, but you'll still get eggs from both pokémon in the DayCare.

If it said "They prefer to play with other pokémon", you wouldn't be getting eggs. This message means the egg group doesn't match.

The only way to change "They don't like each other much" to something better, is getting the exact same pokémon (of different gender) and/or a pokémon from the same egg group with a different OT.

("They don't like each other much" will get you eggs; there's no reason to keep trying other pokémon, if the two things I listed don't change ;) )

Yeah, CatLady is right xD, I missunderstood the Daycare message. You'll be getting eggs with those two

Okay... I think I'm missing something. I have a male Turtwig and a female Petilil, both of whom are in the Grass egg group, yet when I put them in the Daycare, I get "The two prefer to play with other Pokémon than each other", which means they won't breed at all? I get the same problem with my Meganium, who is also male and in the Grass egg group.

Are they, perhaps, the same gender or and/or you're the OT of both?
There are quite a few factors coming into play with breeding; the egg groups are just one among them. Have you tried pairing another Pokémon with either your Roselia or Roserade yet?

Yeah well. I am an OT of both. And they are not the same gender, BUT - I placed other Roserade with same Roselia and it said they don't like each other, nevertheless eggs started to appear. So we have 2 cases
Pair 1. Female Roselia and male Roserade - they play with other Pokemon
Pair 2. Female Roselia and male Roserade - they don't like each other but the eggs started to appear.
This system is weird and I don't think I'm following.

Try replacing one of them by another one of which you're not the OT. Also, you might try to breed with both the same Pokémon, either two Roselia or two Roserade, as Roselia and Roserade are considered two different Pokémon when it comes to breeding. So, two Roselia or two Roserade with different OTs = best breeding chances.

This is probably one of those stupid questions, so forgive me, but..

Will the eggs always be one of the two Pokemon placed in the center? I.e. I have a meditite and gothita in there currently and am just playing around with possible out comes.

Mainly cuz professor Rowan says to try the daycare for new Pokemon... And I'm trying to understand how I'd get new Pokemon if the ones breeding are those that I already have....:B

Yes, you'll always get eggs that hatch in either of the two parents.

Though, if you only have the evolved pokémon, you'd still get new entries with the 'basic' stage, because the pokédex only registers pokémon you currently own, so that could be what Rowan is referring to ;)

Firstly, please use English anywhere in the forums except for the country clans ^^
Secondly ditto is in its own egg group: 'ditto'. You cannot obtain ditto eggs through the daycare :) (I think that was what you were asking?)
