(no I was mistaken with Zoroark's illusion. I don't have celebi)

Phelpy had shifted into a position where the Solar Beam wouldn't hit him directly. While still doing heavy damage, the attack cut off the Grass Knot. "Reusing a strategy, eh? Well, you know what to do next. Go down fighting, and have the honor of being double teamed in the end and still fighting. I believe in you!" Phelpy nodded, and quickly fired an Icy Wind, causing a super effective hit.
