Special Ability (opt.): Can disguise herself as most Pokemon or people almost instantly. The problem though is her knowledge and limitations. If she looks like Nurse Joy ask her a tough medical question and she'll slip up.
Backstory (opt.): She always wondered what it would be like to be someone else while she was abused. With a simple make up kit she found she could disguise herself. With it she tipped team rocket off about her family's Dittos and when they arrived she joined them. A year later she had her first lolipop and since then she has become addicted to them.
General in Team Rocket and a favorite of Giovanni's. Goes by grunt or colonel cause it sounds nicer to her.
