Forum-Index → Roleplay → The Elementist (open RP)"Time to go Rambo" he said to himself. Surprisingly, the shop was empty. He readied himself with all sorts of guns and knives.
He busted out of the shop and blasted a monster back by using a shot gun.
"Guess your not invulnerable to bullets." He said.
The monsters swarmed him, but he managed to best every one of them
She then called Allen and Sasha. She remembered that Jake told her about some kind of Elemental deposit somewhere near the city. She packed a bag of essentials and got in her car and floored it.
Once she was there, she found the other two waiting for her.
"Do you guys have your element?" She asked.
Allen nodded. "Yep. Me water. She Air. You gonna be Fire."
She ran past him, "no time for joking around! Go help everyone and find Jake!"
She was frantic. She can't let Jake get hurt. Or worse.
Elizabeth ran into the fire room and moved out of the way just in time for the fire to blast past her. She then rolled to the side as the wall itself turned to molten hot lava.
She was running out of space. The magma was filling the room quickly.
Elizabeth had only one option. She leapt towards the reddish orange sphere and obtained its power.
The sphere calmed down but the magma stayed.
When she landed in the lava, it didn't hurt. Maybe a little warm but she just walked through it and out of the exit. She must have been thinking of it not burning her clothes up, because they were perfectly fine, except for a few ashes and scorch marks. She ran to find Jake

Cam stumbled down the path, breaking into a messy sprint. She nearly collapsed a few times, but she pushed on stubbornly. "I'm gonna flay everyone." She muttered crossly, leaping over a thick tree root and landing messily. The firey sphere seemed to spark in concern. "I'm fine." She muttered, ignoring the pain in her legs. "Where am I going..?" She groaned, she was probably lost.
As if on cue, several monsters spring up from their hiding spots around her. Cam swore, backing into a tree. "Oh, no." She yelped, dodging a heavy swing from the first. "I'm gonna kill myself if I make it out of here. What bad choice led me to make it here?" She wondered aloud, rolling out of the way and leaping back to her feet. She held out her hand, and the sphere vanished, transforming into a glowing red and orange scythe. She launched herself forward, slicing a few before being hit back and into the ground. She dropped the scythe and skidded past the tree, pushing herself back up with a pained groan. "I hate whatever choices I made." She muttered, attempting to call the scythe back. No such luck. "I need a nap."

While Elizabeth went looking for Jake. Allen and Ssha decided to split up and help whoever they can.
Allen thought about what Jake said, that he knew about all of this. Allen thought he was trying to get back at him for doing the toothpaste thing. But nope. Here he is, standing at the end of the world.
Allen forced a smile on himself. "Time to get to business."
He seen a girl face off against several monsters, and she seemed to have an element of her own.
Allen slipped back his hair and thought of something cool to say to her when he kills all the monsters.
He made a jet of water and kind of surfed on it. He was going to punch one monster in the face, but slipped and fell on his butt. "Ow!" So much for acting cool, he thought
....
Meanwhile, Lucia and Aiden had successfully obtained their elements.
"Look, I don't know you, but we should stick together." Lucia said, crossing her arms and glancing at the raven haired boy. Aiden nodded in agreement, and the two set off.
Sasha grew wings and flew up high. She thought of what could beat these monsters and then thought of a tornado. But she didn't want to cause much trouble so she made small ones and sent them flying towards legions of monsters.
....
Lucia leapt into the air, carefully avoiding an attack from another monster. After receiving her powers, she'd agreed to stick with the stranger who had been there at the same time as her. The two worked as a team, dodging and striking when the monsters were distracted. They were in the middle of a strange field, one neither Lucia nor Aiden recognized, but they ignored the confusion and continued to fight.
"Come on." Jake said. "We gotta find the others."
By that time, all the monsters were gone. Jake walked by Elizabeth. "This is different. These things were not in the other universe."
Elizabeth nodded. The aliens he talked about were kind of like humans, but much more stronger. These things, were like rhino humanoids on steroids
....
Lucia groaned, arms shaking above her head. She had formed a giant ball of water, holding several monsters it in. From beside her, Aiden had created a giant crack in the ground. Lucia released the water, and the monsters fell into the crack. Aiden sealed the ground and yawned.
Sasha flew down and seen Allen. From what Jake said about the other universe, she and Allen fell in love. But how? He is a total doofus. She shook her head. She had more important matters than to daydream. "Are you two alright?" She asked.
Jake and Elizabeth walked. "This might end badly" Jake said.
"Why" Elizabeth asked.
"Because now we are at the point where we don't know what's going to happen."
"Weren't we in that same position in the other universe? We just kinda wing it on everything."
Jake nodded. "But this is different. They seem more bloodlust and intent to kill than the other aliens. At least we made allies from enemies with them. I don't think the same will happen here."
Lance yawned, hair tousled from sleep. He'd obtained his element a few weeks prior, having chosen Water. He pulled on his hoodie and dashed out and into the forest. Apparently there were monsters attacking cities and towns and hurting/killing innocents. He'd fight them on his own if he had to.
Aiden nodded. "Yeah." He hesitated. "I know I just met you and it's a lot to ask, but can you help me find my sister? It's fine if you can't."
Lucia smiled faintly. "Sure. We'd have a better chance of finding her as a group anyway."
A huge grin split across Aiden's face. "Thanks." He turned and began heading off. "Her name's Cam."
....
Cam stared at Allen, a minor look of confusion flashing through her eyes, which was quickly replaced with friendliness. "I'm Cam." She replied easily. She glanced over and spotted a new girl, hesitantly nodding. Though she was exhausted, she was otherwise fine, save a few scratches and bruises here and there. But what else was expected during a fight?
Jake walked. "These monsters are immune to Elements."
Elizabeth looked at him. "How is that possible?"
He shrugged. "I don't know. But I do know that we have fought some enemies that were resistant to it. This is on a whole nother level. It seemed like brute force, and actual weapons do the best damage on them."
Jake seen something on the ground. He picked it up. It belonged to one of his students. Mystique. He looked around the whole area but couldn't find him. He even called out his name. Nothing. He sat down.
"It's my fault. My fault he's dead."
"Don't say that!" Elizabeth yelled. "This is a war. Nobody knew that this was going to happen Jake Stone! People die in wars. That's how it goes. But there is no blood. So I think he had to get out of the area."
Jake used some of his powers and did feel a disturbance on the ground that was left there a few hours ago. "Yeah."
Elizabeth pulled on his arm, "come on. We gotta see if Sasha and Allen are okay."
....
"Cam! Cam!" Aiden shouted, pushing his way through the trees. "Are you here?" He was beginning to panic. They'd searched most of the forest quickly, and there was no sign of his sister.
Lucia rested a hand on his shoulder. "Let's head into the city. She's smart, she'll probably try and find her way there. If we head there, we might be able to catch up with her."
Aiden sighed and nodded in defeat. "I'm gonna skin her for running off." He seethed, stomping towards the city. Lucia sighed and followed.
"Yeah?" Elizabeth said.
"Even with all that happened. When there is a first sign of safety, people usually come out and look around." Jake said. He opened a door and seen some bodies on the floor. He quickly shut it. "We need to get out of here now." He said.
"What? Why?" Elizabeth asked.
"I think they brought some kind of disease here too. Remember in social studies in highschool? When there was a war, a lot of times people used diseases that they are resilient or immune to to kill off the enemies like that." He grabbed her arm and rushed out of there.
....
Lucia and Aiden had arrived in the city. Neither seemed to notice how quiet it wasn't, as they were both deeply focused on finding Aiden's sister.
"Are you sure we're in the right place?" Aiden asked Lucia in a huffy tone. "What if she's in a different city."
Lucia scowled. "My directions were dead on. If she's smart, she'll be here."
Aiden glowered at the girl and turned, stalking off. "Cam! Are you here? Cam?!"
