Sign-ups!

It is midday. Your characters all start out getting their rings, still unaware of its power.


Mira gazed at the ring she had just found on the beach, and smiled. I can't believe someone would just lose this! She thought, slipping it onto her finger.

Venom looked through the dark cave using his phone flashlight. He saw something reflect light, He looked at a ring with skulls on it. He took it and put it on. "Cool" he said as he started to walk out of a cave

Jade put the ring on that she had found in the deepest part of the cave on, then looked at the skeleton that had surrounded it. With her night vision goggles on she could see every little detail about it. So dragon's were real. She thought, a smile forming across her face.

Nada gets her ring from her mother as a gift. She puts it on and smiles. She thinks her mother and examines it. She has always been fond of it.

Mira whistled a little bit as she left the beach, walking back up to their town--a metropolitan area known as Opal City. She examined her ring further as she walked, and passed a man in a suit as she walked. He, too, saw the ring, and paused before continuing on his way.

"Rose, can you come here please?"Rose looked up from the garden she was working in."I'll be right there papa."She replies while standing up and going inside the house to quickly wash up and meet her father.She makes her way up to his study and knocks on the door."Come in Rose."She slips in and see's her mother and father sitting in the seats in front of the fireplace.On one end of the room were bookshelves that held books ranging from accounting to legends of the paranormal.On the other side was a desk that held a computer."Come sit down Rose."Her father says while beckoning her to sit next to him.She does as she asks and tilts her head."Yes, papa?"Her father smiles a small sad smile."You are becoming a young woman now Rose and as such I do believe it is time for you to receive your inheritance."He muses while his milky white eyes stare at the fire."What is my inheritance papa?"Rose asks curiously."It's a ring.Normally it would be given to males in the family but as you are the only child of your mother and myself it goes to you."He states while pulling the ring off his own finger and holding it out."Go on take it.It won't bite.I promise."He muses as he can tell she was a bit hesitant to take it."Thank you, papa."Rose says as she gently takes the ring and slips it onto her finger.

Jade took a few pictures of the Dragon skeleton. Once she was done she slowly made her way back the way she had come. She couldn't help but notice the ring she found was glowing an ery gray.

The man continued on, and passed Jade. He stopped again, seeing the ring, and stared for a moment, now concerned.

He stopped. "That's... A very interesting ring you have, miss. Where did you find it?" He asked, voice low and gravely, but still friendly.

Penta sighed, stretching after successfully hacking a website and changing its pictures into cats without leaving a trace behind on who he was. "Ugh, it stinks in here. I should clean my house," he thought, getting up and almost falling. "How could I forget? It's been so long since i've walked," he laughed at himself before trying again. He stumbled a bit before stretching again and grabbing the garbage bags, throwing them outside his house for the garbage truck to come and pick them up (he's evil so he makes the person inside get outside the truck to pick it up).

"Sun's too bright," he mumbled to himself so he closed his eyes until he finished. He dusted his hands before looking at the boxes in the corner. "Maybe I should organize those too," he muttered and took out everything from the boxes, organizing them while throwing out the trash until he opened a box full of pictures and things his dad used to own. "Dad's stuff, huh? I shouldn't throw away these things," Penta said, picking up the pictures and looking at them until he saw something gleaming in the corner of the box.

Penta picked it up, finding out it was a ring. "Dad never told me about this," he raised an eyebrow before deciding to put it on. He felt weird at that moment but he brushed it off. "Eh," he shrugged and put away the box, throwing all the trash into another empty box, taping it and throwing it outside too. "Now that i'm done, I can just relax or maybe talk," Penta thought about it and decided to relax before calling his friends.

"The deepest part of a cave I found with a real dragon skeleton around it." Jade said looking at his face "I have pictures of the skeleton on my phone if you don't believe me." she said putting her hands on her hips as the ery gray glow changed to a pure purple.

The man was worried now, though he hid it. "Yes, please! That sounds very interesting," He nodded.

Mira stretched, walking through the city until she reached the park. She sat on a bench and gazed around at the kids and adults passing through. It was a beautiful, cool day, anyway; it was to be expected that people were out.

Penta rested his chair for a while, tired from all the organizing. "I guess it's time to talk someone," he said and picked up his phone, spinning his chair to go onto his bed.

He sent Mira his message, waiting for a reply. Mira's probably the only one that's not busy, he thought.

"My dear please take good care of it."Rose's father asks of her."I will papa."Rose replies sweetly."Is there else that you needed?I was going to go do some shopping since I noticed we were low on a few things."Her father shakes his head."No, my dear.You have fun with your shopping."Rose nods and kisses her father and mother's cheek before leaving the room.

There were a few minutes of silence before the wife started talking."Matthew are you sure giving the ring to her is a wise idea?"Her mother asks once she knows her daughter is out of earshot."No..but it must be done.If anyone can deal with the power it possesses it will be her."Matthew replies."I apologize my little Rose for the pain that is about to come your way."He whispers as one lone tear softly rolls down his cheek.

Rose walks out of the house and towards the store.As she was walking she gently sung a song she heard on the radio."Well, I heard there was a secret chord, that David played and it pleased the Lord."She accidentally bumped into someone.As she did so she thought she saw a brief flash of something but brushed it off."Oh, I am sorry.I wasn't paying attention."
