The principal continued calling up students. "Draco, please step up
to the stage," she said. Draco sighed and stood up. He walked up
the stage and received his plaque and diploma. "Please give a few
words," the principal asked of him. He reluctantly nodded and
walked up to podium "This Academy has it's up and downs but I look
forward to seeing all of you on the battlefield," Draco said. His
tone seemed kind of...like he was lying.
Melinda stretches and walks up. She doesn't know what to say for a
speech. And does not feel comfortable with it no matter how much
she knows people there.
Mira watched. She had accidentally dozed off during the second
speaker, and was shaken awake by another student when he finally
started calling people up. I hope I didn't miss anything too
important... She thought guiltily, and listened intently now.
Every now and then, in bits of silence, she would think about what
she would say in her speech.
She took it and nodded a thanks, before turning into the
microphone. "I'll always remember what this school has taught me,
mostly because it will keep me alive. Probably. See you all on the
battlefield!"
"Well, that's finally over", Victoria thought after the two hour
long lecture about things they were mostly already taught. "Oh
great, they're asking for "a few words". As if someone's actually
going to say something interesting other than 'I've learned soo
much' ", she thought to herself and chuckled slightly while doing
so.
"This place is cool, but not as cool as me" he said as he dropped
the microphone. He loved being arrogant like this. He did a flip
off the stage as he exited. He heard laughter from some students
