Farl was nearby at this point, having followed where the sound had
come from. He didn't see anyone yet, but he did hear voices.
'Wonder what those are...' He thought.
Farl soon came out nearby them. He looked at them for a moment
before immediately turning around and going back. "OK! SO THERE
PEOPLE..." He thought as he walked.
"Maybe. Bye!" Mira called, turning back around as well. An icy
breeze blew, that felt oddly comforting to her. She smiled and
pounced into the snow, burrowing down into a hole that was almost
cave-like. Being part fox certainly has its perks. She
thought, lying down in the chill.
Drust headed back to his cave only to imidiatly be seen by his
mother "Drust you leave for an hour and you end up coming back
injured I thought you would figure better than to get too far away
from the cave its dangerous outside"
"I'm fine its only a few scratches nothing fatal i just got into a
little fight. "
"A little fight looks like it was more than that . im going to need
to patch you up"
She woke up, yawning, and jumped up, through the snow. Only her
head poked out, however. "Mom?" Mira called out. Her mother turned
around quickly, and chuckled at the sight of her, covered in snow
and ice. She flicked some of the snow off of her ear.
"Oh, you must be freezing. Come on inside," She helps her out of
the hole and holds her close as they walk back towards the den.
"Getting a bit... cold out.... brrrr...." Farl shivered. He was
still walking about. "Now then... how do I get back again? Was it
left here? No? Urgh...."
Mira woke up the next morning to a new smell--blood. Not her
own, but possibly... Food? She grabbed a blanket and sprinted out
to the main room to see something new--rabbit. It still had a
fluffy winter coat and the fresh scent of blood.
