It's an XP-Pen Artist 10S because who's got the money to buy a wacom cintiq or something? Not me, that's for sure. But I did some research online and watched quite a few review videos and stuff, and that one sounded pretty nice so what the hell. I'll post (an) update(s) once it's here (in case you guys are interested). °^°

The human sculpture can only be called amazing, you know that? :0 I personally love to work with realistic-y animals, too (which turn out pretty good, but phone's camera is completely off, sadly)
@goomy
Yep, true. The wings are too straight. Edit: Better, mhm! If I may ask though, why are the wings of much different colour than the body? Does some marking connect them, if I was clear enough :'D
@Lizz
Gorgeous <3 The little guy/gal's claw (paw? dunno, actually) tips look a little off to the wrong direction.
@Jamison
It's overall too dark and looks kind of scrubby imo, especially the hands. Some kind of texture or shading might make your drawing better :0
@Lii
Ohh, that's awesome!
I have zero experience with those kind of tablets either haha, and it'll probably take some time to get used to it. But still. Excitementtt. \\°^°/
Also, I don't think a device itself makes art look better (or worse for that matter) but I imagine some stuff definitely being easier to do .. like, getting them (looong) lines right faster, because you actually look at the canvas/see where on the canvas you're drawing - eye-hand coordination and all - rather than drawing "blindly" while seeing the lines magically appear on your screen. XD
Ah, but regular graphic tablets are definitely worth affording if you're really thinking about getting one. There are also quite nice no-name products as alternative to wacom. Like this one for example. Personally, I never had one of those but that one went somewhat viral on tumblr a while ago and people have been recommending it like crazy. Also Ugee tablets, apparently.
And, I mean. Even if it turns out to be not what you expected or what, it's "only" around 50 bucks. Compared to wacom tablets, that's dirt cheap.

And to be honest, it´s still the same with regular graphic tablets. Brands and prices vary but in the end it´s the same usage?
This on so many levels! Though, the tablet I´m using is a Wacom one - which was like 75€ two and a half years ago and if I remember correctly my very first tablet was a Wacom as well, because the only store where you could buy one back then had only Wacom tablets and I wasn´t allowed to buy stuff online because, uhm well, stupid parents, lmao. :Y
That one honestly looks promising enough - I'll consider it's existence if I ever get the chance to take one >w<
that looks really pretty!
are those buttwings? they look like buttwings o3o
i wish i could draw humanoids that well haha
i'm still practising ^^
quick question
phorography can be a form of art
but is it allowed in this club?
because it always feels to me like it's somewhat on an edge in that regard
anyway, been a while since i posted soemthing
so i'll post this good ol' watercolour here
how long have i been working with it so far....1,5? 2?

How does one do such good humans
those hands lmaoo
@Marl
I'm unsure is it the style, but I'd make some kind of a thin lineart around white parts, otherwise it looks like it's merging with the background, kind of? ;;
