Purpose:

Disclaimer: This is a lottery. There will be users who win, and users who don't. It is a game of chance, and so there is an element of risk involved.

The ticket-status of a Smeargle is owned by the buyer of the Smeargle. The ticket-status is considered forfeited if said buyer sells/trades the Smeargle. The ticket-status is not transferred to the user who buys/trades for the Smeargle.

Prizes cannot be claimed if the Smeargle-ticket is not in your possession.

Tickets are currently capped at 15 per user.

Lottery Method: All tickets will be drawn from random.org
