Tiger thought for a moment, and grabbed the silver wing off his cap "hmm...maybe I can summon Lugia and cause him to create something that will rise panic and help us create an emergency situation here. Then they'll have to listen, right" he said lowly, and sighed.

"I think it'll terrify the people a lot more." Victor says. "Terror isn't always the best idea. Look what happened to Zygarde." Victor says.
"You've completed all your trials, haven't you?" Mahina asks Victor. Victor nods.
"Then challenged the Elite Four. Then they'll HAVE to listen to you if you win.. even if you lose, you'll be the news. Nothing's better than a speech from the Champion." Mahina completes.

Leo turns to Keldeo. "We have some beast balls." He says.

"Okay.. I guess. This will be my team.." Victor says, sending out Volt, Incineroar, Rowlet, Silvally, Blaze and Alola-Ninetales.
"Flare, and Salazzle will be backups, in case of emergency." Victor announces, looking at the sad look on Flare's face.

Tiger nodded, and sighed slightly "I made Dusk a page rider Pokemon. So he can still help me with my journey" he explained softly to Flare.

Victor nods, secretly not feeling delighted at the prospect of another battle with Ivan. Victor notice Rowlet, who was looking a bit chubby. "You need to lose some weight, Errol." He says to Rowlet.

Tiger nodded slightly, and sighed. "I guess I'll try and get more information on the ultra beasts from Team Skull...I mean Smokey mentioned Snow being a grunt there now, and if I disguse myself as him I'll look similar to him" he said unenthusiastically.

"They look perfect!" Leo says to Victor, opening up a very huge book. "Well, you need to go to Mount Lanakila. We don't know exactly who will be the elite four for you, since the League's new." He says.

(I always thought Acerola was a rock type trainer due to the similarity of her name with 'Accel Rock', Lycanroc (midday)'s signature move)

Tiger nodded, and walked outside. He then paged for Dusk, and flew off back to the hotel to figure out what to do about the ultra beasts.

Victor flies for some time, and after a time, reached Mount Lanakila.
Victor lands, and recalls his Charizard, looking at the snowy area. The Pokemon League Building loomed in the distance. Victor struggles his way from the Snow to the building, and soon reaches the door.
"Are you supposed to knock?" Victor asks Volt doubtfully.

Tiger was about to enter the hotel when an ultra wormhole opened up once more. He looked up at it in shock, and a Celesteela came out. It then screeched, and attacked.

Keldeo came out of a nearby beach, with a necklace made out of Pokeballs. Curiously, Ivan was nowhere to be found.

Ivan's Pokemon came out of the balls.

"An Celesteela! Army, attack!"

More Celesteela exit the portal. Tiger then growled as he was pushed back from an incoming attack. He then threw a pokeball, and Dragonite came out. "Dragon claw" he ordered the Pokemon then flew at Celesteela.

Flora watched as Celesteela appears, Ariados growled as he prepared to attack."Go in your Pokeball, please." Flora said, returning Ariados. She then released Dragonair from a Great Ball.
"Whoa! That's one threatening looking thing!" Alex called out.
Isabel sighed,"Let's not get distracted, okay?" She then sends out Milotic.
