"You live here, eh? Well then, have you heard about some dragon
types becoming extraordinarily aggressive lately?" Jack took a
threatening step forward. He had learned early on that intimidation
is key most of the time.
James didn't notice London's hiss. "Who hasn't heard of it? My own
dad got all riled up and became one of them, so I actually think I
know more about it than most!"
London KNEW this guy. She remembered him, his face, his talk...
"Well then, would you mind helping me in my search? I could use
someone of your particular... typing." Jack looked questioningly at
London, who seemed to be in shock. "What's wrong with her?"
Jack looked in interest at the fighting two. He wanted to sit
there, until the carnage was over, but he ad a job to do. He
stepped forward, slashing them both twice. "Stop fighting, or both
of you will be mince meat." Jack stepped closer, each of his blades
pressed on their skin.
"Oh no you don't, little dragon. You're going to help me explore
this dungeon, whether you like it or not." Jack dashed to stand in
front of James. He turned to look at the others. "You're going to
help me as well, because I believe this will benefit us all."
London started to walk after Archy. She didn't want to be near
James anymore, or Jack for that matter.
James glanced over to the right, towards the deeper parts of the
dungeon, but only for a moment. The movement seemed suspicious,
almost as if he was waiting for something.
Jack noticed James. "Come on now, lead us, since you apparently
live here." Jack shoved James forward, his grudge for dragon types
finally coming to light. He fell in step behind London and Archy.
While Meu followed Archy and Jack to the dungeon, Shad had regained
consciousness and had already made his way deeper into the dungeon.
His sneaking skills combined with Dark typing had made it rather
easy... almost too easy. He heard what sounded like voices coming
from closer to the entrance, so he hid in the shadows and listened.
"I can't make London stop attacking you, but if you help us, maybe
her opinion about you will change. And anyways, I need you to lead
us. If you die, she dies with you." Jack glares at London, his grin
mischievous.
