The power ranged.. elegantly dodged, his reflexes having been
sharpened to the pinnacle of dodging. A subtle grin spread across
his face, before he dabbed. Elegantly dabbed.
She walked towards Archy as soon as she's down. She wondered for a
moment whether she should go back and grab her bag where she'd
dropped it in the clearing when she ran after Archy, since she
always kept a few Tiny Reviver Seeds on her.
Jack walked up to the two, one of which seemed to be recovering
from something. "Maybe HE is here, after all. Tell me, what exactly
happened here?" Jack looked questioningly at them, waiting for an
answer.
"One with three heads and a whole lot of ugly," she said, then
glanced at Jack. "She got attacked by a Hydreigon," she told him,
mispronouncing it a bit.
"So, the first step in the right direction. Thank you for your
cooperation. Which way did this Hydreigon go?" Jack started
sharpening his blades, making sure they were razor sharp.
"Now now, no need to go off killing people just because they
attacked. It could have just been some wild Hydreigon, blown out of
the Volcano Dungeon in that eruption last month." As she said that,
she glanced at an ominous mountain in the distance, which was
smoking slightly.
"No, I don't believe that is right. I know someone who likes to...
Procure dragon types. HE believes that they are the most powerful
type, and wishes to overpower anyone in his way with them. If that
Hydreigon is with HIM, then I must follow it."
"But how can you be sure it was?" She asks, glancing around to see
if there were any hints to where the hydreigon went off to, since
she'd been distracted by Archy when he left.
"Well, it was too focused for one thing, and it stayed smart enough
that it left a very small trail." Jack looked around him, pointing
out the lone broken twig. "That is the only thing that could have
marked that Hydreigon's presence."
As the Meowth neared the fallen Pokémon, she realized it was a
Sneasel. He must've fallen out of a tree. She thought,
purring in amusement at the thought. Her ears perked up when she
heard other voices- they sounded close. Cautiously, she turned and
climbed a tree to see if she could spot whoever was there.
"Not who?" Jack asks the other pokemon, the one who was strangled.
He also noticed another's presence, but it did not seem threatening
at all, so he ignored it. But it did not leave, so he kept his
guard up.
Everything was peaceful now. There were no dragon pokemon hurtling
form the sky, no sudden assassination attempts... Nothing.
London paused in front of the Forest Dungeon. She picked a few of
the glossy-petaled flowers that grew there, savoring the scent,
before she heard a faint sound coming from the dungeon. She looked
towards the entrance, then slowly went in.
