Luna walked about and nodded when she passed Maku. She thought to
herself about finding an alpha male. There were plenty of males to
choose from, but she wondered if they would be best for the pack,
or best for her.
Lockhart cleared her throat. "Alrighty then.. Our story begins on a
distant land that is continuously covered in snow. Two wolves came
together and decided to leave their pack, and set out for a new
one. They knew this land filled with snow all year wouldn't sustain
the pack they lived in for long. So the began to set out for a new
pack further south."
Maku nodded back to Luna, and gave her a status report. "No humans
to be seen I believe the one Sam had seen has left already." Maku
said calmly with a strait face. He refused to let his feelings get
in the way of his work even now with Luna in front of him.
Sam starts wandering around and looking for something to do but
can't seem to find anything so he just goes back to the den and
laid down.
Shadow was going on a hunt he hoped that he wouldn't see any humans
but if he did he was ready so he headed into the forest and when he
got to his hunting spot he gasped, their was a turkey in the field.
"Yes" he told himself then he crept up on it and Then he Pounced he
got it! "Just see the look on their face when i bring this to camp"
said Shadow.
Maku nodded quietly, and watched Luna go. Oh what he wouldn't give
for her to stay, and talk to him. But of course he kept that to
himself.
"Through the rain, the snow, and the cold they walked together. The
only thing keeping them together was the fact they loved one
another, and a distant dream to one day run across a flower patch
with children of there own. For three whole moons they walked
onward to find this land. While suffering many dangers like
mountain lions, and bear cubs. But even with the danger that faced
them they got through it together with team work." Lockhart smiled
softly.
"Yes lions bigger than me. They had sharp teeth, and big claws.
They also had to swim over rough rivers and walk through blizzards
that were so cold your paws would of fallen off."
Shadow was heading back with the turkey and He said "For a bird you
sure are heavy". He finally made it back to camp and Everybody was
staring at the turkey and he set it down and started wandering
off.
Sam walked out of the den and sat down to watch the sunset and it
was beautiful.
Saba grunted as she stood up she was started to get to heavy for
herself to walk. "Alright I'll go to the den for the night, and
wait for you to come back so we can eat together."
Lockhart smiled. "I think it might be time for you to run home
isn't it?" She said as she heard Maku approaching.
Glenn was sitting by the trees in his nirmal spot. It was quite
boring, considering no one was ever around these parts. He groaned
and just looked at the sky.
