Victor had returned to the ranch after the events with Feraligatr, and Meganium. Eevee was afraid after the horrible experience with Feraligatr, bursting into tears every few seconds. Victor is trying to comfort Eevee in every way possible, and Volt is dancing with pom-poms of electricity to make Eevee happy.

Tiger looked up and noticed Victor. He then limped over "everything alright" he asked slightly curious. Cyndaquil ran back to Tiger with some fully grown revival herbs.

"Eevee is still recovering from the shock. It must be terrible for a small Pokemon to find its way into a feraligatr's jaws..." Victor says.
Eevee shows signs of some amount of happiness, as night falls in.

Tiger nodded, and looked at the Eevee. He then grabbed a small cake like treat. "I made some biscuit treats for Cyndaquil, but they were to bland. Maybe Eevee would like it" he said kindly, and handed it to Victor.

Victor gives the treat to Eevee to nibbles it, apparently enjoying it. Eevee points to a star badge on Volt's chest, indicating that the Pokemon was owned by Victor.
"Do you want to join me?" Victor asks.
"Vee! (Yes!)" Eevee cries.

"Congrats" Tiger nodded with a smile. Cyndaquil then climbed onto Tiger's shoulder "how are the crops" he asked the Cyndaquil. The Pokemon nodded, and held out a healthy looking revival herb.

Eevee does a little dance of joy. Volt pats Eevee, and Victor gives a badge to Eevee, a star badge, indicating that he was a peacemaker Pokemon.

Tiger smiled at the Eevee, and nodded "welcome to peace maker life" he said gently. Cyndaquil nodded, before placing the revival herb in Tiger's bag. Tiger then looked up at the sky, and saw that rain clouds were forming, the silver feather in his hat shined slightly.

Eevee looked as the moon went away, and rain clouds took his place, a bit sad to see the moon go.

Eevee's happiness begins to trigger its evolution into Umbreon. It begins to become back, and the rings become more pronounced.
"It's evolving.. but into what?" Victor asks, as he didn't know all of Eevee's evolutions, and Pokedex wasn't a thing back then.
