Sighing, Tori dragged herself back to her dorm. Her history test
had literally killed her internally. Hearing a few students talk
about prom, Tori sighed again. Running her hand through her short
hair, she opened the black door to her room. "Oh ya, what are we
supposed to wear?" She muttered to herself, going to Charlotte. She
seemed to know everything.
At the same time, Amour was hurrying down the hallway. She wasn't
paying attention to the universe halls, and slammed into
Tori, falling backwards in shock.
She turned to Tori with a smile. "The theme 60's, kinda grease
themed! Pink, grey or white. There are some acceptations. Girls
wear skirts with poodles on them and neck scarves. I am going with
the guy's outfit choice, a leather jacket and jeans with greased
back hair, cause I'm too cool to wear poodle skirts." She gave her
a big grin, grabbing a marionberry pie from the dinner lady.
Turning around she saw Tori get knocked to the ground and her eyes
widened, staring at the two on the floor. "Oh jesus.. uhh..." She
held her pie with both hands, looking around.
She snorted and grinned at Amour, shaking her head. "You could but
Lilly is really excited about this theme, and it means a lot to
her. She is already disappointed people don't like it."
Amour flicked her tail in annoyance. "Fine. I'm staying. But
only because I don't want anyone upset." She sighed, violently
shaking her head, still muttering the word "Fine." under her
breath.
Charlotte's phone buzzed and she opened it, reading Pepper's text.
She immediately assumed she was dying of course. Charlotte
screeched in panic and ran to Pepper's room, shoveling the pie into
her mouth as she did so. Once at the dorm door she slammed it open
with her foot, looking around wildly. "WHO DIED? WHAT BODY DO I
NEED TO HIDE?"
"Whaa?" Pepper said, calming down. "The thunder stone is ready, and
I am ready to use it, but I wanted you to see it, since you helped
so much in this time."
Amour watched Charlotte tear away and shrugged, absentmindedly
wandering around the building. She noticed the flash of light from
Pepper's room, but ignored it, knowing what it probably was.
It's probably the ThunderStone. She's probably going to use it
now. I wonder how everyone will react to a 'new' gijinka?
"... oh.... uh....." Charlotte slowly pushed the shovel she was
holding outside of the door and out of sight. "Well then....
HURRAAAAY! Show me that Sh** girl, I am so ready right now" Her
eyes sparkled as she got all pumped up to watch her friend evolve
instead of to bury a body.
Tori looked in shock, her eyes following Charlotte as she ran out,
stuffing her face as she went. "Ohhhkay..... I'm gonna get my
leather jacket and jeans out." She muttered, walking out.
"Oh yeahhhh!" Pepper took the stone, held it close to her heart and
asked "Hey, can you Snapchat this moment? I only have one
follower..." Then, a flash of light filled the room...
"whoa, wait!" As the flash lit up she opened snapchat on her phone
and quickly pressed record, video taping the bright light flash in
the room. She remembered when she evolved from Gengar to Mega
Gengar, it was the most special moment to her. She knew Pepper must
be feeling the same.
Missy cut the skirt to the right size, and fluffed up the tulle.
She sewed the poodle onto the skirt and called it good. The shirt
was already ready, the scarf, and shoes matched just fine. She
hoped Lilly wouldn't be upset at the changes she made. Missy had
begun to like Lilly as a friend, and the completed outfit did in
fact have a poodle skirt, as well as some pink.
She could hear noises coming from somewhere in the school, but
Missy did not want to always be a bother to others.
Charlotte squealed with excitement and sent the snap video to all
of her followers before putting the phone away, squeaking and
grabbing Pepper into a hug, squeezing her close. "YOU LOOK
BEAUTIFUL! Oh my god look at you, GET A MIRROR. A MIRROR" Charlotte
was freaking out for her friend, really excited for her to see the
changes. She truly hoped that this would boost her confidence and
make her a stronger fighter as well.
"GOOD LORD." She lifted Pepper onto her back and sprinted down the
hall to her own room, slamming the door open. This sight probably
looked EXTREMELY odd to the other students. Nobody have ever
entered her room either. There were three bookshelves in a corner
with white christmas lights around them, facing the corner, and a
huge bean bag against the corner. This was her comfort zone. Her
pillows, bedding, and the walls were a dark purple with black
floral patterns. She had a 32 inch flat screen tv and a desk with
personal drawings on it. A long full-body mirror was laying against
the wall.
