Custom Banner and Background

Anyway, I believe that there should be a way to upload your own photos to use to custom the page. I made some pictures to show how it would function and what it would look like.
The uploading tool would look and function something like this:
This would be just like the other options (Select Header Banner and Select Background Image). You would select this one option instead of selecting both a banner and background image as you normally would.
The result would look something like this: (I used some of my own art to prevent art theft issues)

YES! Please! I've always wanted to customize my background, but I didn't want to have to get this thing called "Stylish".

Yes, I am aware of that. However, some people don't want to have to spend their time downloading the app (or whatever it is, I'm not sure) and doing whatever else it requires. I would've done so myself, but I, personally, was having trouble with it. That, and this just seems like this would take much less time and effort.

That aside: Stylish is an add-on you can get for your browsers. I use it on my home computer and my phone, and it makes things a lot more personalized. (Though it does sometimes break things when the coding on the site is updated...) So it's not that big of a deal to get it.[/quote]
Now on to the part that I support:
Having a way to use a third party hosted image and set it as the header and background would be awesome. This way PH isn't hosting it and space isn't being used up by large images from various users. (Could you imagine the thousands of massive images for the backgrounds?!)
It also gives the users a way for a personal background and header, much like selecting the already existing ones.
Unlike Stylish edits, this would allow the staff banners to replace the custom banners on the staff birthdays!!! Honestly, this is the main downfall for using Stylish, at least for me.

I support because some people get tired using 'Stylish'.
And I don,t support because of the reasons Navuso pointed out.

You can also use Stylish for this purpose. But using it is hard, and many people get tired doing it.

That is the page will be slow to load and then there is like if the image is not store in server then if you switch the device then the image wont be there and lastly its take more server same to store all our images for alll the people,use *i think thought *
I like the idea in general ^+^

If every SECOND user even changes the background... The site will become more laggy than it is, thus hampering the progress. And I havent heard of ANY site (releated to pokemon, at least) which offers this option.
So, I'll stick with a No support and save the sever space for more fun features.

Mind you, it's not like stylish exactly, where you can use custom backgrounds and such, but it gave us the option to change backgrounds and such that whatever colour we wanted to, which was really nice.
as it stands though, I'm leaning more towards no support. It'd be really nice to have, but at the current moment, without a server dedicated for this specific function, there isn't really a need for it.

What if someone can't download something, but still wants custom designs?
I'm literally unable to download stuff, and I really want custom designs.
