Lilly smiled and left the room slowly. She wondered where Toriel was. She quietly entered the room to the left, and saw Toriel sitting in a small armchair.

Liecht smiled at Toriel before walking up to her.

"Up already I see?" Toriel said, placing her book down and smiling at them.

Lilly saw Toriel up the hallway, and ran over to her.

"You wish to know how to return "home," do you not?" Toriel asked.

Without waiting for an answer, she continued. "Ahead of us lies the end of the RUINS. A one-way exit to the rest of the UNDERGROUND. I am going to destroy it. No one will ever be able to leave again. Now be good children and go upstairs."

Toriel went down the hallway, and Lilly followed slowly.

Liecht wanted to go back upstairs, but she knew something bad would happen if she did.

"Every human that falls down here meets the same fate. I have seen it again and again. They come. They leave. They die. Naive children.. If both of you leave the ruins, They.. ASGORE will kill you. I am only protecting both of you, understand?" Toriel slowly walked forward.

"Go to your rooms."

"Both of you want to leave so badly?" the tone of hurt could be found in her voice.

"Hmph. Both of you are just like the others. There is only one solution to this." her voice turned dark.

"Prove yourselves. Prove to me that both of you are strong enough to survive."

The world darkened around Lilly and Liecht as Toriel turned around.

Toriel blocks the way!

Lilly had her eyes widened as fireballs began to come towards her. She tried to dodge the best she could.

She stopped in mid air, causing one of the fireballs to hit her chest.

More fireballs came, and as she tried to dodge one...

Do... both of you really hate me.. that much?

Lilly stopped, her eyes pricking with tears. She blinked them away, and one of the fireballs hit her hand.

Toriel watched as their HP went down, instantly regretting it. She shook her head quickly.
