"Awesome! C'mon, this way!" Zephyr leads you to a cave in one of the mountains. Stormflier and Typhoon follow close behind. There are several dragons inside, including SeaWings, SkyWings, NightWings, RainWings, every tribe. A female SandWing (Citrine) and male NightWing (Blindtruth) are talking, and the SandWing flicks her tail to a male one of her tribe. He nods and approaches you. He hands you a book that's labelled 'Rules' and gestures for you to open it.
"I'm Cactus the SandWing. Let's Go Over the Rules."
