Personality: She is shy and has low self confidence, due to her alterations. She can be quite negative at times, and she usually knows how to control her wavering emotions. If you get past those, she is a sympathetic pokemon that will try her absolute best to try and keep her few friends as content as she can.
Job in Pokéville: Fortune Teller.
Backstory: Darlina doesn't actually remember most of her history, or how she got to this world, but she has be traveling until she finally reached pokeville, where she set up and actually home.

Where you live in Pokéville: She lives in a small cave of sorts that is in the outskirts of Pokéville, but close enough so people seeking fortunes would be able to come in only a few minutes. Her shop is in the entrance of the cave while the rest of her home is deeper in the cave.
