You would be able to have everyone look however you want (Heckin idc just make the world a 3d anime, you could also force your bullies to look ugly until they change, you could make yourself look absolutely beautiful, etc.)
BUT...
Some demons and crap are summoned, and you have to be extremely cautious wherever you go, never being able to explore without probably dying.
(Dangit, I basically just made it so you could make the world some sort of epic thing full of awesomeness, of course people would press it, heck even I would press it!)

You can take anything you desire with you anywhere in an inventory of sorts
BUT
You have to rely on dice in order to get the item out of your inventory (e.g. an item you want is assigned to the number 3, so you must get 3 on a dice to get that item.)
