@Raiko - I believe they were asking if they could draw Ducklett but more specifically Ducklett that personifies you as its your avatar :)

Yes, you can use multiple Pokémon.
And yes, you can customize them as much as you want. (Means you can make a Riako-Ducklett, an Emera Event Pokémon, or an Event-like creation of your own! Everything' possible, as long as you can see that it has a Pokémon in it)

@Vulpixie - No; as far as I understand Riako, only your best entry will be counted for the actual contest, though all your entries will be considered. This is (probably) to make sure there are three actual winners, and not one user who wins them all :)
