Blaire stepped inside her new house. The inviting atmosphere
tempted her to decorate right away. She unpacked her luggage and
started to set up her furniture.
After a while, it was finished. Everything fit together perfectly.
A light brown table, with an aroma pot and a vase of flowers on top
of it, was in the center. An armchair with the same wood color and
blue cushions was right next to it. Behind the table and chair,
there was a bamboo screen and a claw-foot bathtub, the perfect size
for a squirrel. Near the entrance, there was a pastel orange sofa
to the left, and a flat-screen TV to the right.
Once she'd finished decorating, Blaire noticed a package on the
floor. The tag on it read: Welcome to Tranquil Trail! I hope you'll enjoy this little
welcoming gift.

Inside the package, there was a painting featuring tall birch trees
with little yellow birds sitting on their branches. The leaves on
the trees were colorful and falling. There was also a flowing river
with silvery fish leaping out, chasing eachother. She hung the
painting up on her wall and went to go answer the door.
(Blaire just moved in and decorated her house. That's pretty much
it, actually.)
When she opened the door, a blue cat stood in the doorway.
"Hello! I know youmre probably still settling in and all, but I
just wanted to come by and personally welcome you to town! My
name's Rosie; nice to meet you!"

"Ah, thank you!", Blaire exclaimed! Then her eyes turned to Rosie's
cute dress. "Wow! Your clothes! Where did you get them? They're
beautiful!", she asked, surprised.
Rosie smiled, blushing a bit. "Wow, you really think so?! Thanks!
Yours are super cute, too! I found this dress at the clothing shop
in town. I could show you around later if you don't like. There's
all kinds of shops up there!"

"I'd be happy to! Thank you!", Blaire replied. She smiled. "Hey, do
you want to take a look around? I've finished decorating and I
would like some constructive criticism for it. So how about it?"
"Oh, excuse me for a second..", Blaire said to Rosie. She opened
the door to see a teal-colored squirrel standing there. Blaire
greeted her with, "Hello! Good to know there's another squirrel in
this town!" She invited the other squirrel inside.
"HI! I'm Nibbels! Welcome to the town! Also I had a Watermelon
Shirt that's to small for me so maybe it'll fit you! Think of it
as, I don't know, a felling of this towns fashion! Hope you like
it..."
"Thank you! I absolutely love watermelons!" Blaire tried it on in
her changing room, and it fit perfectly. She went back downstairs,
smiled and said, "By the time I'm completely settled in, I'm going
to have so many cute clothes!"
"Well I'm also sorta new here! I moved in a bout a month ago... I
miss my friends in my old town. But we still talk! Also I heard a
Cafe is opening soon!"
"Aww, it looks adorable on you, Blaire~!! Oh, the 3 of us
could go together, if Nibbles would like to join us." Rosie
replied, excited about showing her new friend around town. "Yeah,
the Café's been being built for about a month now- it should be
done really soon!"
